they were fighting a lot that year cause taehyung was stressed with hwarang shooting and jimin felt unwanted as a friend cause he became friends with the wooga squad, obviously they made up but yeah the dumplings thing is just a front lol

From what they've told us, it was a combination of really serious stuff that blew up because of the dumplings. Tae was representing BTS by himself as an actor on Hwarang, had to learn and do stuff like horseback riding and memorizing scripts, was understandably exhausted with filming plus often catching flights to be with BTS on overseas schedules, and probably didn't wanna burden the team so he kept quiet about his struggles. Jimin was worried for Tae but felt like he couldn't do anything ("We can't fix this for you but we are here to give you support" - what the team said after Tae shared his struggles) and he's also joked about being jealous over Tae making some new actor friends, which he did admit in an interview that he was very upset about 😭 I think it was a very important fight that helped them become so much closer (ARMYs noticed how clingy they were after it) but I also think it traumatized Jungkook a little bit 😂 This is getting really long but I wanted to add this excerpt of said interview where Jimin talked about him being jealous: Q: Remember when Taehyung said he loves the Hwarang hyungs and Jimin was upset? 🐥 I said I was upset because I was really upset when he said that. I always tell him this whenever he meets with other friends too. 🐯 The Hwarang hyungs express their feelings well.. I hear things like "I love you" really often so it became a habit to say it back 🐥 It's not because he heard it often that he does that. It's because Taehyung was very tired while filming so we worried for him a lot... And it's not that I support the members expecting anything in return, but because he only likes expressing his feelings to the Hwarang hyungs. That's why we were upset 🐯 When I try to tell my members that I love them, it becomes so awkward (laughs) Bangtan is my family and you know how hard it is to tell your family you love them.. 🐥 I understand what he's trying to say, but I can't help but feel upset 🐯 But you saying this is just so adorable (laughs) 🐥 It's not cute! I'm really upset! And I don't like saying these kinds of things in front of you, so ask the next question please (laughs) But I'm not saying I don't like you right now, I'm just upset at what happened in the past THEY'RE SO CUTE 😭😭😭😭😭

Jimin is actually an introvert according to the members. He's the wise one among the members. Stated by RM and jhope who has several times mentioned how Jimin acts as a hyung. Jimin is extrovert infront of the camera because he chooses to show these sides to the fans. We genuinely don't know much about him or his thoughts because he answers in a way that is very mysterious. It works for him because he chooses to show it rather than openly accepting that he's uncomfortable with it or something because he's not. RM said"jimin is an introvert but not on the stage" and because of his high emotional intelligence he appears to be an extrovert because he can emotionally accept people

There are idols who have kids and spouses, for example taeyang (who collaborated with Jimin on vibe) has a wife and a kid It’s not as accepted in kpop/idol world as it is for western celebs, but I think it’s changing Still, if bts members have their own families, I don’t think it’ll be publicly known just like I’m sure all of them have/had been in romantic relationships, but it was never revealed,for the good tbh, because some ‘fans’ (read as sasaengs/stalkers)…….

At the begining they wont say they have kids or family, but then little by little they will talk more freely and people will get USED to it. And obviously they dont have to talk a LOT about their partners or kids, like what Coldplay does or Chris Martin... we know he has a daughter and he is with dakota right now but he never talks about his private life bc is PRIVATE. He doesnt hide it tho so... im guessing it will be the same for BTS :) its better to not oer expose it and im not talking about the fans here, the worst is the MEDIA. I think bts would be more worried about how the media takes it than army, bc in a few years we are gonna be way older and probably most of army will be adults. Some even now are married like a lot

if you guys are intrested you should react to the rest of the episodes; i know you’re not familiar with other korean artist but they actually talk about alot of intresting topics about music or the industry they’re in. I’d recommend the one with two members from TXT (yeonjun & taehyun) they’re the first group to debut after bts under bighit so alot of people see them as bts’s little brothers, they also talk about their first impressions of suga and what its feels like being the first group to debut after bts! it’s also very cute and wholesome.

there has been stories of idols (not very popular tho) being bullied int he military for being idols. but in general, hazing/bullying is a problem in south korea's military enlistment. there has been a lot of scandal recently thanks to the drama "the glory" putting light on these issues. I truly hope that jin and hobi are doing well

for more context about the dumpling incident, it happened when taehyung was filming for the drama he was in (hwarang) alongside bts schedules so he had a lot on his plate. it's funny bc details keep being revealed about it over the years lmao. jimin explained on a vlive that it went on for 2 days and in an interview with the both of them taehyung trolled and said it was 2 weeks lol. the song 4 o'clock by taehyung and namjoon was also inspired by the dumpling incident. after the argument they met up at a park in the middle of the night and jimin was drunk (after drinking with yoongi) and the lyrics in the song "At a park in the half-light of dawn, a nameless singing bird, Where are you, Oh you, Why are you crying when it’s only me and you here" was about that. in the song Friends by jimin and V (which is playing 58:44) they mention the dumpling incident as well. and in a recent live with jungkook he said the dumpling incident was crazier than it sounded (in a lighthearted way) so there's still some details we're missing lmaooo

now you gotta watch the episode with txt members yeonjun and taehyun, it's so funny because yeonjun has a very low alcohol tolerance and he gets pretty drunk by the end, and also it's endearing because suga does seem to look at them like his younger siblings, lots of interesting conversations were had

just letting you know that when things are asterisked it's bc it's a brand! so you can usually hear them say half of the word and then followed by 뗑뗑 (ttengtteng) or 땡땡 (ttaengttaeng) which means blank blank bc they can't say the rest, and it depends on how many syllables the rest of the word has. like here at 5:05 you can hear namjoon say kava tteng and in the subs it's asterisked as kava***. 7:02 yoongi doesn't say blank after he says the first syllable of the alcohol name but it is still asterisked in the subs. hope that helped!

Actually, suchwita is great because it really gives you a glimpse into different artists and actors in a really easy, approachable way. I went into each interview without having any context and I really loved all of them. Also there's an episode where RM interviews SUGA for SUGA's album. Other favs of mine are the episode with HOSHI, TABLO (written in korean on the title of the video) and TAEYANG. Really, the only context you'd need, if any, is a quick google search just to know what their basic specialty is. It's a really insightful show for me. Loved this reaction as usual.

The funny thing it that Jimin is really shy, he's not really an extrovert, Hobi is the only actually extrovert in BTS. Jimin is just comfortable with BTS, so he seems extrovert, but he's really shy on his own. I too never realized that until he started to do his own activities

as far as I know, there are stories of idols getting bullied/recorded in the shower/ other fcked up things that happened during their military service, that’s why some are often scared to go (not to mention that most of the time, when idol goes to military it’s the end of their career, because when they come back no one really remembers them anymore and there are already a lot of new groups) also, women in sk don’t have obligatory military service

To answer your question, it's funny though because I study music production and music business and some people don't even know that exists as a career but those things that Rm and Suga learned by themselves are really complex that's why I admire them a lot. I have always been passionate about music but I couldn't pursue this path until I end up high school. Totally agree with you that we should be able to start following our own dreams early on. Fansigns are basically meeting idols,even actors,and getting something signed with your name while talking to them. Video call fansign have been a thing since covid so they could still do fansigns even without meeting in person. It's hard to get into those fansigns because normally you have to buy albums (the more you buy,the more chances you have to win)

And to think about it, there might still a tiny little bit fear lingers on, remembering the refusals, drama, and closed doors in terms of promotion for BTS'early works. So Yoongi wanted to minimized the chance of that and the misinterpretation of his friends' works, concepts, and intentions.

I really hope you guys react to the remaining episodes. I think especially ep 8 with yeonjun and taehyun from txt is gonna be right up wes’ alley. Yeonjun was hanging on by a thread because of all the alcohol, it was so funny I also hope you guys react to run bts 133-135. During the whole song length/streaming discussion, all I could think was “No! Don’t loop the song! Play at least one 3-minute song in between in RU-vid or two-3 songs on Spotify! Your streams get filtered out otherwise!” 😂 it’s stupid, though, right? The streaming companies consider a loop to be “bot behavior” - but anyone who loves a song knows that all you want to do is play/watch it on repeat if you love it. ARMYs who stream have to alter their natural behavior and stream UNlike themselves to avoid being identified as a bot. Also, the members should all be done with military service by middle to end of 2025; however, that’s the first they will be able to start MAKING their new music….so it will likely be 2026 before we get new music and a tour. It’s not surprising Hobi has already left, and RM is expected to go T any time (he planned to go when hobi did but pushed his for a project he’s been working on that he said would probably be released while he’s in the military (next year he said). He was stressing in a livestream a couple of weeks ago because he was running out of time to finish the new project up. SUGA is expected to enlist after his tour. There are some rumors that he will do alternative service due to his shoulder, which would mean almost two years in instead of 18 months for regular service.

1:35:27 seems like Jin is doing great at the military, we don't get any official updates besides when he uses his phone time to comment on weverse app, but he seems well liked by superiors and peers, he has a commander position now and even won a day off in a group talent show haha Jhope is still in basic training but there's been a few photos of him uploaded by the training camp where he looks chummy with the other guys. I'm honestly not worried about them having a hard time interacting with people there because they're so nice and polite, and they'd be the oldest wherever they go (usually korean men serve between first and second year of university so most are pretty younger) so culturally people are going to respect them.

Think it's a great idea to watch the other episodes. Even though I didn't know much about the other guests, the show helped give you an appreciation for them and know details you'd never hear anywhere else. Hoshi, Tablo, and the TXT members are still the funniest yet warm episodes for me 💜

An older Korean lady I know was telling me that girls in Korea used to have to learn first aid/nursing instead of do military service but not anymore...I do not know what that looked like though. She is learning English and I did not ask too many more questions as it was already a difficult conversation because she did not know the vocabulary for lots of things yet.

The other episodes will definitely be good for you to watch. They are interviewed so they go into who they are and whatnot. Its a bit more formal since they are not his members. But not stilted. You don't need to know who they are beforehand But 2 episodes you should check out are the one with Taeyang since Wes is somewhat familiar and they spend half the episode talking about Jimin anyway, lol. The other is the episode where RM comes back and interviews Agust D. You know who that is lol and you'll get insights into the D-Day album.

Streaming numbers don't count to any charts if you hit replay and it will get filtered out and wont be part of the numbers that get paid out to the artist. You need 2 songs in between before it does. And for playlists (spotify specifically) for the streams to count on a playlist, you need more than one artist on the playlist. There are a lot of ways spotify, yt, and charts manipulate numbers, streams, and sales by deciding on metrics by the drop of a hat. And its done because of the music industry payola. It's how Like Crazy went from No.1 and had a free fall drop the next week. Billboard decided not to count a ton of sales for like crazy but didn't do that for the other artists on the chart. If you're hearing the same song constantly on a radio, that station is getting payola to ensure that song goes to number one. Music Industry, especially the American one, is very corrupt and greedy. And they want you to play their game so they can rake in money.

bts are really good human being... its so weird and lovely to have people like that in each others life. About the military bullying, tbh bts are very good and gentle and very humble people so i dont really think they will have problems with that. Mostly the other men will be confuse why they are not moe conceited or celebrety like. About the family thing, well work and families are very tricky thing... when they will have families, it would just be cute bc their kids will probably be best friends and have super cute play dates or go to school together. They can work like ... i can see them as coldplay,. that do world tour until now and are big world tour and have families and all. Like if you marry a musician then you know who you are getting into with like the compromise you will probably have to do so i think bts will have nice partners that will support them all the way. (praying that they do find them)
