My Girls' Generation Journey continues this week with Oh! and Run Devil Run, two connected M/Vs that both completely slayed me as expected. These girls are burrowing further and further into my heart every time I see them, and I can't deal with any of it. 😁❤

Yoona wore clipped-on bangs during this promotion. there's a short clip of her throwing her head back laughing and her fake bangs flared up, it was so hilarious. Still cracks me up every time I watch it or just see Yonna with bangs lol

@10:20 when you asked, "was that yuri?" my answer? YES thats my bias The Black Pearl of SNSD, Kwon Yuri who now has as her own RU-vid channel where she cooks and she is training to be a Chef :) also when the Oh MV ended theres a small screen for Gee, yes thats Yoona :)

Yep! Yoona is the one on the video link for "Gee". The hardest ones to recognize are Yuri and Seohyun. They have similar bone structure and facial shape. Seohyun has chubbier cheeks. Not saying she isn't gorgeous, but her cheeks are how I recognize her.

@Champ ! 😍 I've only been a kpop fan for 2 years, but snsd have definitely become one of my faves...I wish I stanned them back in 2007 (but that's impossible bc I was only 1 year old). I like being able to communicate with older sones, who know more about snsd 😅

For me Genie is actually my favourite song by them followed by ITNW and Mr Mr. Another fun fact I can think of is the divine mv that everyone thought of as official (but it was fan uploaded) got recently deleted. Luckily though it was reuploaded by another channel and we still have it. 🥰 Who is your bias btw?

I am so glad that you reacted to the Run Devil Run (Story Ver). 😃😍 Oh! and Run Devil Run are two different songs but they were able to make a story by connecting the two music videos. Oh! music video makes so much sense with Run Devil Run (Story Ver) than the other version.

You got them all right. The triplets: 7:03, 9:59 Yuri, her lips/smile is the key. 😉 7:06, 12:14 Yoona, angle of her chin from lips down, eyes are more rectangular. 7:18, 11:24 Seohyun, tiny chin, top part of eyes is more rounded. You've guessed right pretty much every time you tried. That Sone card is almost in your pocket! (just kidding, SM makes you pay for that stuff, so most of us are fake Sone here). And yes, it's Yoona with straight bangs in RDR. It's a clip on and it gave birth to an iconic 13sec video of YoonTae dying from laughter that has near 750K views on youtube and it makes my day every time it's reposted on twitter even though I've seen it hundreds of times now ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-AjW-bJBhx9A.html Also good luck picking a bias in SNSD... it's only going to get worse from here.

I'm enjoying seeing different sides of her going back and watching the SNSD stuff! It's definitely making me appreciate her even more now I'm getting to know where she came from and all the awesome she did before the solo stuff even began! Music wise so far it's a contrast, you can see how far she's come as a performer and an artist for sure!

@@britkpopreacts I agree with you 100%. I got to know Taeyeon as SNSD first but when I look back and go through all these videos, I feel the same as you. If you see some of Taeyeon's early OST solo work, you would feel this even more. Watching her live stages of "Can You Hear Me, " "If," and "Missing you Like Crazy" really makes me appreciate how her vocal tone has changed over the years.

I feel SNSD does "Sexy" better than most, because they remain classy and confident. The opposite is cheap with low self-esteem, which defines some of my college "girl friends". But, that's another story. SNSD has always been a class act. And, the order you are doing these reactions shows their evolution from sweet innocent girls to becoming pretty amazing young ladies!!! So proud of them, and the inspiration they are to so many long term fans!!! 💖

You might want to check out (or react to) a version of a song Girls Generation did as a part of a promotion for Intel processors called "Visual Dreams." I have linked what I think is the best version of the video for that below. It is a remix that incorporates some cool introductions of the group members and actually identifies them in the beginning of the clip. If you're trying to learn the members, I'm guessing you might find it very helpful. Its ironic but as much as the Korean version is really good and legendary, the Japanese version (at least for Oh) is more polished. edit: Changed from Gee to Oh. Wrong song. But same opinion. Japanese version of Gee is more polished than Korean vers.
