To everyone panicking about Keenan Allen, Relax, it will be okay. This is the result of a regime, Telesco & Staley, that went all in on 2023 as their Super Bowl window and failed. Us fans wanted real football people making the football moves. This is it. This no longer has John Spanos’ fingers all over it. This is Harbaugh, and Hortiz. They are the football people and they are making the moves necessary to turn this team into a championship contender. It’ll be fine, we get it. I’ve been a fan of the team since ‘04, I feel for Keenan just as much as anyone else does. But please, let’s not act like when they draft Nabers or Marvin, we won’t even be thinking about this Keenan trade. Just how nobody’s thinking about Rivers after they drafted Herbert. So grieve and cry as long as you need. But this is a business. You cut weight where you can, and move on. It’s not personal, it’s football logic. A 4th for Keenan, and freeing up $23M in extra cap, is a big win. Keenan had what, maybe 2 years left? Even then it made no sense keeping an aging receiver and gaining nothing in return just so you could see him retire in the powder blues… Take a deep breath, it’ll be alright Chargers fans.

Chargers should pick at 5 in this 2024 NFL Draft! I look at it this way. The team should NOT see a pic this high in many, many years to come, SO take advantage of it…I hope to never see them pick this high again! Vikings in 11th just traded with Texans and now they have in 1st Round the 11th and 23rd. They sure are getting ready to Move up in 1st Round to get their QB. I don’t believe that Bears, Commanders or Patriots are going to trade with them for 1-3rd picks. They ALL want the QBs. It will leave Cardinals or Chargers! If they trade with Cardinals; we sure get the Marvin Harrison Jr. If Cardinals pick MHJ; they trade with Chargers and we get the 11th and their 23rd in 1st or their 2nd; I think we will still have the chance get Bowers, Nabers or Odunze at the 11th!!!

I don’t understand the obsession with Dobbins. I appreciate his efforts of coming back but he’s had back to back season ending injuries

Money, it's about time you talk about Palmer! Would you agree that his best attribute is his mindset? I'll elaborate, he came in put his head down and got right to work. He's been a sponge, heck ill go as far as saying a tick that was glued to Keenan the past 3 years. Things havent lined up for this team but Palmer specifically. I go back to the game in Atlanta in 2022 where he stepped up as the #1 and he delivered. Coincidentally that was Dicker's first game and he came through with the gw fg. Palmer is very overlooked but he's the truth!

I posted this on another video but fits here as well. Jim Harbaugh has had more playoff wins since 2010 than the Chargers, including the nine years he was not in the NFL. Keenan is a beast, but how many playoff wins is he worth? I haven't seen it. They are changing the offense, a run game will help him more than a single WR. Justin is an A+ QB, as we all believe (me included); he will make any group work. If he can't, we all need to reevaluate his skill level. It's sad to see him leave, but everyone needs to relax and breathe. The off-season isn't even halfway through

Good morning Matt and Daniel, it's me Timothy, I think the Chargers need to get the Offensive line Coach to train the Offensive line to all charge at the Defensive line and push them back words to get the running game to work great, by opening up a big hole for the running backs to run through for a first down or TD..

Trading Keenan but keeping Bumbsa was a terrible move. Bumbsa should have been the first to go. My hopes for better management have already been dashed.

They traded Keenan now they don't have a #1 or #2 Wr. Now instead of only finding maybe 1 Wr they need 2. With the offense they have right now they're not going to sniff the playoffs 😂. They only won 5 games & that was with Keenan balling out.

So I believe the chargers will trade down get some some more picks but still get bowers and I say that because we are getting Roman Wilson in the next couple of rounds and tbh I believe we should sign David bachitari the former packer LT we have a history with signing packer o-line he might influence Corey linsley not to retire

As long as they take Malik Nabers or possibly MHJ we should be good. Palmer has size and coach is going to focus on running the ball anyways.

The amount of money players make is getting way out of hand. The players point out how much the owners make as a reason. The owners make the money because they own the team. Other companies don't have to pay millions to workers just because the company makes money. It has to stop somewhere. The players are playing a game. If they don't like less money let them go get a real job like the rest of the world.

The start of this FA has not been good at all they've lost more than they have gained & the Free agenta left are not bery good. Also complaining about players we had being injured then wanting a player that's been injured even more is 😂🙄

As a fan for almost 20 years, Keenan being traded away is one that’s going to hurt me the most but I trust Jim’s process some sacrifices are worth the reward

Our top wideout is Josh Palmer, Money accurately mentions how WR is a premium position with absurd value skewing (for rookies vs. 2nd contract), and then he's STILL saying trade down or RT. This team will not be competitive with the current WR room and a couple late round rookie additions. Period. Mike + Keenan are 250+ targets and 2000+ yards of production. The current room is not filling those shoes. We all saw what the offense looked like last year with just ONE of Keenan/Mike healthy (barely functional).

I think its safe to say, the Chargers are rebuilding. Mike Dub made sense, but Keenan Slay for a 4th round pick? Could you explain that logic to me? Who the heck is Herbert going to throw too? Also, Staley was stupid to let Tranquil go last year. That was a mistake and is why our LB room is barren.

I also agree that Arnold is the top corner, but go back and watch his tape and you'll realize just how many times he's gonna get flagged for PI early in his career. Fuaga is a man amongst boys but I can't stop watching the tackle from Georgia. He comes with risk but I dare you to tell me you don't want Mims and Slater bookending the edges for the next 10 years.
