Reacting to Supercorp! - Tumblr Deep Dive 

Supergirl season 3 was the most blatant "we're going to deny your ship" I've ever seen from a show. They split up the two girls as far as possible at the end, paired up the worst person for Lena, James. He's not a bad guy, just they don't fit together/have no chemistry. They act like he's the only supporter of her when he was really legit hating her the whole time up until that point. That's an easy way to lose your fanbase.

I don't even watch supergirl but from what I've seen (on tumblr and now from this video), i definitely support supercorp. The chemistry they have is UNREAL wow

- I'm thinking that Kara's new suit is a space suit. - Alex, do you see the parallels between SuperCorp and SwanQueen? A blonde savior and her brunette queen. And even the way that the shows reacted to the fandoms' embrace of the ships is almost exactly the same.

The weird suit is actually a prototype created by Lena. It's meant to protect Kara against Kryptonite. It is also not the final suit and will not be worn all the time.

"I misa season 2 supercorp" me too, but after last year's SDCC it was pretty clear that they'll keep the characters separated al the time they can, the thing is that by then the first five episodes were already filmed, and those were full of supercorp stuff. I hope the fourth season brings more supercorp in it

I didn't care for the first custom with the pants either. They should have kept the top the same. In all sincerity the entire SUPERCORP storyline was incredible. I actually connected with it. I was a bit disappointed they stripped the kiss scene out of the last episode. However having such a deep connection as Lena and Kara was adorable and endearing. It's something that some people never experience or don't even believe exists. I'm hetero but you're correct there was no heterosexual explanation for 97 percent of all their interactions.
