Living in Switzerland, i always make sure to slap a ton of sunscreen on when i go skiing. I also 100% HAVE to wear sunglasses, otherwise my eyes would hurt so much from the snow reflecting the sun. I don't know how people do it without them.
omg i went snowboarding when i was a teen and my face got all burnt i looked like a lobster and i learned my lesson to wear sunblock even when it snows 😂

Well it’s not like she’s telling any of us to buy the serum, nor is she forcing any of us to. She’s just showing us what she’s using for her skin, and what does work her for but she’s not telling us that we need to use those specific products.

I could not stand using sunscreen until you educated me on the Korean sunscreens and my current favorite is the Beauty of Joseon but I also use and love the scinic. Thank you, Hyram for giving me a great alternative so I could finally find and use a sunscreen (fyi they both work great as a primer under foundation).
If you‘re living in the US, I can highly recomment you the Selfless Ginger & Q10 serum. It was one of the best things that happened to my face, but unfortunately it‘s not available in Germany anymore 😭
It’s funny that you mention that because at some point in the video Tate did mention that she’s been a dancer since she was little, and she used to compete. At some point when she was younger, I think she and Kenzie or maybe even Maddie attended a few of the same dance conventions together as well as Kalani Hilliker, and Brynn Rumfallo.

I’ve been doing skincare for 15+ years now and nothing like Augustinus Bader helped me the way it did. The formulation is great, truly a little goes a long way vs. other brands. Outrageously expensive? Yes. But truly helped repair my skin, reduce my melasma (yes I’m a lucky man), and overall skin health. Nothing else did it as good as Bader. And it helped me reduce my Sephora hauls trying to find the right products. This brand while expensive truly works in long term use, a sample won’t do it. I understand you have an audience you need to stay on target with, but you should try their line on for 6 months and get your real own opinion. With your monthly income I’m sure you can squeeze that in. Also, there is a reason why rich people look better than us, besides the best derms and doctors. You can’t thrive on Cerave, this is what our derms make us believe in cause well they got to sell to the lower classes to.

I hate to admit this but I looooove the rich cream by AB. It's the best best best moisturiser I've tried. I don't know why. My other products are mostly 20-30 euros and I love them.
Hi Hyram! I was talking to my mom about skincare and I mentioned how I double cleanse. She claimed that double cleansing is just a scam people say to make you buy more of their products. Could you say something that I could tell her to prove it’s not just a scam and it is important for your skin?
When it comes to celebrities or influencers using super expensive skincare products, it’s important to remember that almost never are they telling us that we need to buy those products, or demanding us to. They’re just showing us what they use for their skin, and what works well for them. It’s not their faults that they have the money to afford those products, even though sometimes they can actually receive them as gifts. The only time when it can feel like they are promoting more so a brand, is if the video is sponsored and it’s obvious because almost all the products are from the same brand. Tate isn’t telling us that we need to buy that specific serum, she’s just showing us what she uses and Vogue isn’t telling us that we need to buy those products either…..they’re just showing us what’s being used.

The girl is literally just 20 yo. Of course it's flawless (if no acne or excess oil problems). She doesn't need that much and especially not over priced stuff that let her think it's better. At her age, just a moisturizer and spf is enough unless if she has any specific skin issues which is not the case. I'm so sick to see very young girls influencing others using ton of products OR using over priced products. It's unrealistic and stupid. It may not be her goal to influence others to buy the same but the result is the same. Teens are watching her thinking it's what they should do too.

My mother swears by the Mario Badescu lip balm, she's emptied 3 tubes of it already lmao. it does a great job at moisturising the lips but I personally find it too sticky.
