i think you are missing/not understanding the fact that Allah has always existed and people knew about him before Islam. Allah is the Arabic word for God, which is why Muhammed prayed to Allah before Islam. So Allah/God, is the same entity and EVERY prophet has prayed to him and guided humanity to him. In christianity he is known as the Father, For Jews he would be called Yahweh etc... @vladandeoghan

In regards to Jesus’s name, you just have to remove the J as that letter doesn’t exist in Hebrew or Aramaic. So his name is esus in Hebrew and Issa in Arabic. The Christian monks and whoever else got their dirty hands into the texts latinised the names because it had been accepted by the romans and Greeks as their religion and they weren’t going to accept their slaves names as their Gods and prophets. So Yusuf became Joseph, yunus became Jonah, yuhana became John etc… It was a corrupting of names, but hey why would they care about changing that when they changed God from being One alone to having a son also right?! 🤦🏻‍♂️

Jesus peace be upon him told his people to believe in only one God (Allah) so the people told him if he is the prophet then he has to prove it, thats why he made miracles and people thought that he is God and people started worshiping him. Prophet Mohammad peace be upon him also did miracles like splitting the moon etc. but some disbelievers thought he is doing magician. By the way, the holy book (Bible) that Jesus got from God (Allah) does not exist anymore because people changed it. almost all the prophets including Jesus were sent to specific people, like for example Jesus was sent to children of Israel and his message to them was to worship God only and nobody else, Moses was sent to Pharoah, there's no verse in the bible where Jesus HIMSELF claimed divinity, all the prophets were referred to as children of God 'Son of God' me and you are Son of God - it means person that is devoted to God and submits his will to God, that's why Quran was sent later on with a warning about this concept because people started believing it literally that God needs children and a wife but God is so great and beyond our expectations and imagination and he is perfect, he doesn't need a dynasty or he doesn't need to sacrifice someone to forgive someone, he just ask us to repent and never associate in worship somebody else with him.
