Is there any reason why the 45 degree angle from the left is the best? It works for me as well, which doesn't make any sense. Even with the same lift, the left 45 looks way better than the right 45.
but hwo is it possible to train to that level with different disc bulges?? (i know they can be asymptomatic but you said he had a few back injuries so we can assume very broadly that they were symptomatic) Any clue? I'm fighting with a back injury for a year ( did an MRI and i have a perfect spine) saw the best fisios in rome but i really can't get away.. maybe you guys have some idea :D
