I honestly didn't realize the weight of this storyline the first time I watched the show. TBH I wasn't emotionally connected enough to either of them to really care. Now that I'm older, I feel for Allie. To think your significant other could have cheated and hear it from the source is gut wrenching. :(

I remember me being 12-13 years old when watching this, so I didn’t really understand the impact, but now that I’m older I do find it really sad for her... I respect her for being so calm as well, because I probably would have gone mad right there and then at the party 🥴

I think Adam seemed regretful and that made me believe he cheated, but I also could feel for Allie. She lives with Adam and accusing him of cheating would uproot her life so it is easier to just accept his word and move on. I do think a bit of trust would be broken though. Whitney I know you thought your fashion was cringe but you were such a fashion icon!! I love your quirky style in The City.

I think he was guilty, I think he kissed the other girl but I also think he regretted it and realised it was a mistake but after lying was probably feeling worried to admit it in case Ally didn't want to work things out. Honesty is always the best way forward when these things come out... And not cheating in the first place...obviously.

the more i watch her the more i think she had some sort of anxiety disorder. she did not handle unfamiliar social situations very well, she would clearly short-circuit and you could see it happen, and it looked like work for her to stay present during these uncomfortable situations. i'm not excusing her behavior, she was not very nice in many scenes (especially when we get to elle), but this season she just seems like someone who has severe anxiety and isn't good at managing it.

Workplace is for working, not gossippin about other people's drama. Like most New Yorkers, Olivia is just being straightforward. If you think about it, Olivia actually did Whitney a favor by letting her know that "it is way too much info..."

Well, it maybe was a bit inappropriate to bring up gossip at work. Olivia just should have politely said she would rather not be involved & I doubt she would have ever known anything was going on. She never should've lectured about Whitney being too old for that. I mean 23 is not very old, lol. Then again, Whitney had been working in that environment for a few years. It just wasn't Olivia's job to say that. I think Olivia felt bad after because she tried being super nice after but I think we're going to see more of this. Can't wait to see what happens next!

This is 100% my favourite thing to watch on the internet right now. You and Timmy are just so funny, it makes me laugh so much and it's the most perfect, lovely, lighthearted entertainment that we all need right now. I don't even want to think about what i'll do when you run out of episodes, THE WORST (maybe a tad dramatic but I really like it!) It was also my fave show back in the day. I'm roughly the same age as you and i've always admired you Whitney, I think you're a super lovely person.
