Im a Muslim and i didnt even know any of this info. Just knew what breaks ur fast lol so interesting vid. Fasting is always 29 or 30 days nothing more, and we dont just fast, we pray alot (way more than 5 daily prayers, night prayers ‘taraweh’ are hella long) we read the entire quran, we give lots of charity, we cant swear, get angry, gossip/backbite etc we have to be the best versions of ourselves.

For us Muslims, we do not see fasting as difficult and exhausting. On the contrary, it makes us control ourselves and control our anger. Many things happen with fasting. If we have a gym or anything else, we can do it after breaking the fast. We also want more videos of Dr. Zakir Naik's reaction thx🫶🏻🫶🏻 By the way, I tell you right after breakfast 😍

Yeah, fasting is not hard but for people who fast the first time it's very hard. Here in Indonesia children start learning to fast from 6 years old. They fast of their own accord. And usually parents direct their children to learn to fast half a day. But many children who instead want to go until the sun goes down (from sunrise to sunset)

Fasting so that the body wakes up as it wants, and the strongest thing is striving in fasting, and the most difficult thing is striving against the soul. The first ten days are forgiveness, the second ten days are mercy, and the last ten days is emancipation from the Fire. O God, save us from the Fire.

About sleeping throughout the day, u can sleep as long as u're not missing ur 5 daily prayers since fasting is meaningless without prayer, however no one would really want that because all good deeds are multiplied and it's a huge opportunity to read the Quran and pray for forgiveness, on this month if u fast as it's supposed to be done, and pray throughout the night for Allah's sake, all ur past sin can be forgiven

Actually guys Ramadan is 29 or 30 days depending on the year it falls on. During Ramadan you get up for sahoor which is before sunrise to eat and then break your fast at sunset so it’s not that hard and you don’t really get hungry. But aside from abstaining from food and drink you are also suppose to improve your manners ,control your anger and become a better person . Also this month is a month of helping people and doing good deeds.

It is a good idea to try fasting for 7 days, it will be a great video as well. I think also relating your hunger to the poor who are unable to eat, will give you great insight. Moreover, if you avoid doing other sinful things during fasting, it will give you great training for delayed gratification, which is one of the most important skills to be successful in life.

For Muslims, fasting for a whole month is easy because it is something we have been practicing for a long time. It becomes easier every time you fast, like training yourself while doing all your tasks. It may be difficult for someone who is fasting for the first time, but it becomes easy with time.😊

You can be sleep , but you cant skip any prayer during fasting. So from Fajr (right after the sehri) to Duhr (its about high noon) is your largest time to sleep. :) Hunger is usually not the issue. Usually the thirst gets you after you wake up for a few hours. Then it gets normal again.

Unless you have faith, you cannot enter Paradise, and unless you love one another, you cannot truly believe. Hz. Muhammed (Sav) Guys this is hadith and these are the words of our prophet( Sav) you can read them. Because Allah sent our Prophet Sav to convey the religion of Islam. Our Prophet is a living Qur'an, and we cannot fully explain and make sense of the Qur'an without our prophet. That's why we Muslims learn our religion from our prophet Sav. He is the most beautiful person who ever lived, about whom the most information is known in history, almost all of his actions, words and actions are recorded. If you know him (from the right sources), you will also know Islam and the Qur'an.

5:34 you have to pray during the day so you can’t sleep the entire day you have to wake up every time, and it’s not recommended to sleep between each prayers because the ablutions will be cancelled and you will have to redo it for each prayers. And plus it’s recommended to do productive things during the day like Spending time with family, or working, or reading the quran…. And for me the ramadan is super easy I don’t even feel the hunger maybe it’s because I do it for many years. Sorry for my bad english.

@sharefaa2005 Год назад
The last 10 days of ramadan is very special to Muslim because it’s “laylat al-qade” translate to (The Night of Destiny ) the day when The Qur’an was revealed . In the name of Allah, the Compassionate and the Merciful said : (1)We sent it down on the Night of Destiny.(2)But how would you know what the Night of Destiny is(3)The Night of Destiny is better than a thousand months. (4)In it descend the angels and the Spirit, by their Lord's permission, with every command.(5)Peace it is-until the break of dawn. The Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, knew the date of Laylat al-Qadr. But , when he was walking to tell his people the specific date , he saw two men arguing and he tried to help them and then forget the date but because the Prophet forgot the date it was blessing,so people motivate themselves to worship Allah during each ten days, and not to single out a particular night of it. If you wanna try fasting I recommend you the last 10 days I promise it will be very beneficial and they are many ways to not lose weight i gained so much weight the now I’m trying to lose it to fit in my Eid dress 💗😅

This information about what breaks our fasting during the day is known to since childhood because we learn it at school. And since we fast at young age it becomes easy for us (except who are addicted to smoking ، tea and coffee they get so tensed). Working, studying, some even play sweaty exercises during Ramadan, bear in mind that sometimes it comes during summer other times at winter. Now one time I wanted to lose weight so I skipped suhoor but I was ok , I wasn't hungry, not everyone can bear the hunger. But when we break whatever the reason we must compensate, like fast these days after Ramadan, if you can't you give the poor instead. Lastly we can fast outside Ramadan to show our love to God that's why it's easy for us. Imagine Muslims living in countries where the sun set for 2 or 3 hours only.

In Ramadan, the gates to heaven are open and gates to hell are closed. The most evil demons are tied, chained and locked up. Normally we get 10 rewards for every good deed. In Ramadan, we get 70. Ramadan is the month of forgiveness and mercy from our Lord. Each letter of the Qur'an gives you 70 rewards and there is a night called Laila-tul-Qadr (night of power/decree/destiny) when the first of the Holy Qur'an was revealed. That night is better that 83+ years so the reward for praying, reading Qur'an, giving charity, avoiding sin, etcetera is so immense. So I think If you were to pray your obligatory prayers, required prayers, optional prayers, voluntary prayers, night prayers etcetera you will be rewarded as if you did all of that for 83+ years even though it was just that night. How many of us will live that long? Only God knows so Ramadan is one of the biggest blessings God could ever grant us

We pray a lot, read the Qur’an, and worship God during the night in seclusion for supplication, and we do charity in a double manner, and the purpose of this month is to discipline The self and training it to resist desires and straighten it on the right path 🤲🏻 and May Allah guide us all to the right path by his mercy, I wish you all the best
