This was a response to all critics how they to bring them down by calling then "malinchistas" that in Mexico is a form to call out cultural sellouts/traitors for only sing in English and not their native language which is Spanish...so Pau, Ale And Dany decided to do a response in their most creative way BY MAKING A SONG FOR THEM!! funfact is that Paulina was having a little trouble coming with words in Spanish (they always compose in English due to routine and comfort ) and mommy had to help them :) this is the first si GLE thst they sang in Spanish and now they have another one from Mayday EP called Martirio

Both Pau and Dany sing lead - Ale sing most harmonies, but do sing lead in rare occasions. Pau is not only a super drummer and singer, she's also a busy bee "tech" guru.

"Narcisista". A scathing rebuke of their Mexican critics that had accused the band of being "Malinchista" a Mexican term used to call out cultural traitors, because the group has only recorded English language songs.

They have started their North American tour now. In a couple more months they will hook up with Halestorm for a couple of months touring before coming back to festivals. As several people have commented, Dust to Dust you can hear Pau singing while drumming. All 3 can sing lead and all 3 can play keys. To hear Pau singing while playing keys I would suggest Black Holes from the Dakota Bar. The Warning is very much a live band. Their videos and studio stuff is good but live they are really good.

i love this video. the look on pau's face and the finger wagging are just priceless, and dany conveys the attitude through her guitar solo. i still don't have the lyrics down except for 'por favor', but i'm working on them. Martirio is their other spanish song and its beautiful and powerful at the same time. your daughter might have stole the show on this one. keep them coming. AND PAU BREAKS ANOTHER STICK!!! I've seen this video 100s of times and never saw this one! I see her do it all the time, she is so good at replacing them you can never find them by ear...but if you look closely... at 6:06 you can see her sneak a new one out of her quiver. Though I don't understand all of the lyrics, I still enjoy the vocals and instrumentation. No it isn't typical for a drummer to sing the lead, though they sometimes provide backing vocals. Well if you're going to get video bombed, at least she's cute, if a bit of a ham.

Narcisista song is a polite middle finger to the Mexico critics. Who have stated The Warning are ashamed of their heritage since they released only songs in English. This song quieted those critics. I am Mexican, Musician and metalhead from years, I can tell that I love your reaction videos, and I am pretty proud about this amazing and talented 3 musicians sisters. No matter the language, music is one language.
