I'm still working on my handstands, it's hard when you're quite big. So right now I'm at the 45 degree wall supporting handstands for now. Also doing pike handstands - getting the prep work in. One day, I'll get to free standing.

Congrats on the 100k subs! 🎉 Have you ever gotten stuck in a handstand? I have. It's pretty funny, actually! No matter how hard I tried, I couldn't get enough momentum to get back down. My coach had to give me a shove so I'd tilt enough to get down!

I've been WAITING forever for the unboxing of your plaque!! So proud of y'all. I don't know which one of the fails scared me the most, because each could have ended tragically. But, if I HAD to pick, it would be the guy who almost impaled himself, it made my stomach flip. And, I'd almost bet that the majority of those submissions were from America. Ashley, go take a frickin shower. If you're not getting all sweaty, you can skip a couple of days, but never skip the bits and pits. I have lupus. Lupus is an extremely painful disease, taking a shower is painful because of the water hitting my body. So on bad days, I can't get a full shower but I take what my grannie always called a "whore's bath", so the bits & pits get washed. If "Lil Ash" has decided it's safe to stick his head out 😊, give him a quick scrub!

I used to be able to do handstands against the wall and do push ups.

Due to an inner ear (balance) condition, I am currently unable to go upside down. So obviously I won't be doing handstands, but will I be able to do the Get Fit Gymnastics?

This is exactly the reason why I've not yet felt ready to try a handstand. I feel like I'm just going to break my neck.

For a few of my teen years, push ups were my thing. At first it was nothing but a number's game, but later evolved into some of the more unorthodox challenges. Like clapping pushups, on fingertips, one handed etc.. My favorite though was a behind the back clapping push up. I put 100$ on the line to see if anyone else could do it, and to my surprise, no one could. I also really liked the chest tap one arm. It'd be cool to see if anyone on the team could do it

I really wish my neck wasn't so screwed up, I would love to get back into this.

When was a lot younger I did gymnastics, and whilst I was at uni one of my friends wanted me to teach her to do a headstand against the wall. I was spotting her, and as she kicked up she kicked me square in the mouth and split my lip really badly. I have vowed never to spot this friend ever again 😅

Many of them have to first learn how to roll forward.... I always save me when my balance is off.... not drop like a piece of wood :P

Can you do a one handed handstand? Also, try the rope handstand too.
