Waiting your whole life the song just came out on this album 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 some moa’s can’t separate fantasy from reality and reality from fantasy with these K-pop groups
I've said it a thousand times before and I'll say it again,EVERYONE that has contributed to this masterpiece of a music video and the Freefall album deserves an award.Seriously thank you,Luis for your amazing work.
I’ve been waiting for an editor reacts to chasing that feeling and this guy brings the actual freaking editor are you kidding me??? Both legends omg thank you for this super cool insight!!
These insights and breakdowns are so helpful and interesting. Music videos are often just 2+ minutes in length, but so much time and effort goes into making a short video that it's easy to overlook all the nuances as the consumer. So it's wonderful to show this side of things and highlight the hard work of the creators behind such masterpieces. Thank you for another wonderful video, Jordan and thank you, Luis.
the editing for the music video was crazy but learning more about the process of completing it made me appreciate it even more. the team behind this really did so well (and yes i also love that taehyun shot on the traffic light i wish it was longer) 🩵
The editor's comment about having to cut away from performance even when you don't want to is likely why many artists have a separate performance video. It makes so much sense as he explains the many choices made, some involuntary. They have to choose story over performance
This is one of their best MVs. Thank you for bringing the Editor on to explain. He did a great job. I can tell the difference between Korean and American MVs. This MV is more straight-forward. TXT storyline is a little too complicated for me but I’m so glad the MV told a simpler story, it was very effective and went great with their concept and music.
FYI: TXT did this MV on the back lot of Universal Studio LA park. I can only think of their fans who were enjoying a day at the park while the group were filming the MV.....and wondered if they REALLY did hear TXT music coming from somewhere......😏
I know its a small thigh or the bare minimum considering everything, but i actually love that they changed the intro bcs of the current situations, like its still stressful for everyone involved so kudos to them, alsoooo free palastine
Wooow i learned so much about the details for shots that i really would never had noticed before! I love that the signature Hueningkai close up right in the beginning on the line “come and kiss me” was truly driven to be ‘for visual glory’ ahaha! I STRONGLY appreciate the change in final cut for the ‘crash to reality’ shot and how it was originally looking too ‘war like’ and so was changed to looks more like a magic starburst, and given the timing currently with Palestine, was definitely a good call to change the effects in the mv! I truly love how further towards the end, it was said that the idea was so create the visual look of ‘Avengers of Kpop’ when the members come back together right before and during the choreo, thats SO BADASS. I love how Luis is also very attached to the shot of Taehyun on the traffic light, so much so he wished they could’ve held onto that shot an extra bit longer - mood. This video was soooo good and i loved what new insights we got from Luis perspective! WE LOVE LUIS!
All my days passed by checking if you'd react to this and it was absolutely worth the waiting! Reacting with the editor himself? Great video Jordan, I'm tearing up 🥺
Oh wow, it's Luis Caraza, always wonderful to hear multiple perspectives and the reasons behind each moment, thanks for making this happen Jordan🙂 Thank you so much for sharing more insightful information in general and behind the editing of this video specifically! I hope I can apply any of this to my editing 😊✂🎶
Honestly, there were so much videos where they cut on beat, ruining the best moves. I only understood the difference why I love this MV now. It's SO DAMN important to not cut the moves! The first MV with that problem came to mind is 'Odd Eye' by Dreamcatcher (I'm Insomnia so I remember their MVs the most). The editor has just absolutely demolished their turn-around-jump before the last chorus. And that isn't the only such cut. I also remember 'Savage' by aespa, there were tons of cool moves which I came to appreciate only after dance practice vid.
Thank you Jordan for the vid! Thank you Luis for pouring your heart into making this mv great! Thanks so much for your high praise on txt. They really are perfect~ I appreciate this spotlight and I learned a lot!
Can I make a suggestion and a request for a God of Music - Seventeen MV reaction? I know you’ll like it, it has a lot of amazing transitions (that yes I started noticing bc of your videos), a storyline and great effects - also they sent a microfone to space. Like, literally a company sends stuff to space and they sent a mic. Anyways the song is great, the choreo is also amazing and it was filmed in Budapest so it has great locations!! Also I loved this reaction and would love to have more pros invited!!!
thank u so much for the great content and the opportunnity to hear the explanation from the director himself! kudos to the editing staff ❤ they did an amazing job with the music video!
Geertings for Mexico to Luis and you! Loved this reaction and love to see future collaborations like this, is great to learn and know the intake of such cool guys!
YES! I love that you react to the m/v with its actual editor! I just thought the m/v was super-duper good and the editor must have worked super-duper hard on it and to hear the editor himself break the process of the editing was actually so cool. Thank you so much for you guys' hard work
This was incredible! Jordan, your commentary is invaluable, but it's also really cool to get to hear from the original editor. Thanks for making this happen.
I find it so interesting! It is already great what you, Jordan, know about this videos without being involved in it, but of course the actual editor has more backstories to it. The people behind MVs, Movies, .. are so underapreacheated!
Muchas gracias por esto! Soy Moa y me encanta ver todo el trabajo detrás de txt, el vídeo es asombroso, editor mexicano!!! Soy mexicana también y eso me hace sentir orgullosa, gracias por tanto arte! 💗
What a cool video! I hope you will have more guests in the future 👀 With the last chorus I was so curious, did someone involved in Doctor Strange work on it, it looks sick!
thank you so much to Jordan and Luis for this video!!!! itt was so so cool to learn new things and really have a fresh perspective on the music video♡ this video is awesome dude,♡
I like this with the pro right here telling the story of their editing journey... But I also like your interpretations Jordan lolol I feel like it's more fun... Idk your were very quiet in this one ❤ thanks for this tho
This was so fun to watch! I love bts of video editing and all the passion and thought that goes into it! Bc especially with TXTs MVs theres such a lore that has to be explained and have Easter eggs which adds to the experience of the viewer but also the work load of the editor!
Omg now that they said that they have to cut out scenes I would loveee to see a whole UNCUT version of just all the clips they had before it was edited
You shoud take a look at Soojin's new music video Agassy she was originally part of (G)I-dle but now has her own solo debut. her song is amazing you should really check her out !!!
