@@kelleyoneal2578 They always credit the arranger plus everyone NOT the arranger who did something in their notes. If something isn't mentioned, the arranger did it. Example, in most of them from before the last year or so lights are never mentioned, the arranger did them. Now, as Eli has taken on lights, lighting is listed separately.

Geoff's vocal range never ceases to amaze me. Anyone who can take a bass line one minute and a tenor line the next and not break a sweat is amazing. Ashley Diane was amazing in her own right as was the rest of the group.

Ashley sings with DeeJay Young sometimes. And I think she has sung with Cesar before, too. VoicePlay introduced her as their new friend. The runs are stunning in this from everyone. Thanks for your reaction

I absolutely adore this song so much. Back when I was a kid I was obsessed with Gwenstifani’s version of this and then learned later in high school choir that the original came from the movie “Fiddler on the roof” which we watched and learned from. When Voiceplay put this out I was ecstatic and fell in love with it immediately. Then when I saw you made a reaction vid I knew that you would too~ thanks for the vid, your reactions always make me smile 😊

You know, I'd love to see you react to Jonathan Young. He does heavy metal and hard rock covers of songs. Among other things, he does a lot of Disney covers. I think a good jumping-off point would be his cover of Hellfire from The Hunchback of Notre Dame. You could even chase that with his collab cover of The Bells of Notre Dame with Caleb Hyles (a frequent collaborator). Heck, their collab on Wolf in Sheep's Clothing is gutting. Still, one of his covers that I'm probably most blown away by is In the Dark of the Night from Anastasia. For such goofy source material, he does a legitimately amazing job. He's even starting to branch out into original work. I really love his song Land of the Living, which would also be a good jumping-off point for you!

Howdy, Mrs. Kaz. Enjoyed this reaction, as all of your reactions. Tiny correction on Eli doin the bass as Geoff sang. It was actually Geoff doubled in post production. Same as in Oogie Boogie's Song. Eli was just OOOOING with the others. Absolutely right about Eli bein underrated though. All these folks deserve a spot in A Cappella Hall of Fame! If they ain't no such, there dang well should be.

Eli is extremely underrated, but that was Geoff on the bass as usual 🙂 a lot of people think that Eli did the bass during Geoff's Shiny solo in the Moana medley, but that was also Geoff double tracked. I just love how they did this song, they always knock it out of the park. Great reaction! 😊💕

4:34 as a lifelong bass, that is an incredibly hard note to hit, let alone to hold, I can only hit that note every other day, but to hold it as long as he does, I’d be lucky to pull that off once a month😅 Geoff was my inspiration and has been my favorite bass for 15 years

I LOVE absolutely everything about this! Everything, everyone, is absolutely perfect! And that's saying something coming from me, because I rarely enjoy every detail unless it's Home Free, and only occasionally even then. But this is pure gold! 2 places to pause, and check expressions.........1st...at the end of Ashley's run, before she says 'what'....look at the guy's expressions of surprise. 2nd....when Geoff goes 'high', at the end of the word wealthy....check Layne's 'smirk'....as the arranger, he put it to Geoff to hit those notes.....surprise, surprise....he did!....>^^

It's a 4 Octave change Geoff performs at the end. He has an incredible 5 Octave Range, as do Tim Foust & Avi Kaplan. Very rare, but, not that unusual in Basses believe it or not.
