A lot of people act like Edge left the Judgment Day and they were immediately better. People forget Dom was a babyface teaming with his dad and Edge for a bit. Shit was still not great. It wasnt really until Dom turned heel that Jusgement Day got better.

Let's say they were really high on him and were willing to push him into a program with Goldberg similar to his real life one with Brock Lesnar. Hello S&L and all Friendo’s! I think the next big story WWE puts on should revolve around GM Adam Pearce and Gunther. It can provide viewers with vibes of classic storlines, and has a chance to be truly enthralling television. Sounds crazy I know, but hear me out. Adam Pearce slowly slips into a gradual madness due to all the wresterls running amuck and ignoring any and all Raw authority figures. At the same time, Gunther becomes a more common presence in Adam’s office. He reminds Pearce what wrestling “should be” and how wrestlers “should act”. In response to weeks of the General’s influence, Pearce starts turning Raw into a totalitarian run police state. He would lay down such severe repercussions to any wrestler acting out, that even the most heated interactions between rivals would result in their pained acceptance to not step out of line. All violence is kept in-ring, during “official” matches at Pearce’s discretion only. The fear of the repercussions from the state, for even the slightest transgression, sets in for the roster. Camera’s are set up everywhere, including locker rooms (you’re welcome for the return of fly-on-the-wall cams). Snitching runs rampant. This environment leads to some of these intriguing storylines: Maybe a debuting Oba Femi is the leader of a team of NXT Enforcers who debut to make Adam’s first example of the new law (Shield and Nexus echo’s)… Maybe a kiss-ass faction like American Made, and a violence loving group like PFC (not PF Chang btw)will volunteer to be added muscle (Dark Ministry turns into corporate ministry echo)… Maybe the situation creates strange bedfellows, forcing them to put aside their differences (Punk/Seth, Terror Twins/JD)as to start a resistance to the new regime… Maybe the Wyatt 6icks are the aloof loners and last faction who hasn’t chosen sides. They do not want to get involved but get recruited from both sides. They would be the wildcard/final domino that tips the scales (Sting/NWO echos)… R-Truth double agent? Whatya think? Who should be the first victim of Adam Pearce’s Brave New World? (my vote is for a fresh-from-suspension Bronson Reed). Who would be the most “deserving” person to be made an example of from Adam Pearce/Gunther’s POV? What obvious storyline am I missing in this?

I think Moxley signing with AEW was huge, but CM Punk certainly brought in another level of interest.

It should be What if they pushed Danielson the way they pushed punk when they both came in. TK obviously chose punk as his guy when he had a perfectly good Danielson right there. So what if?

What If: Dean Ambrose was in Cody Rhodes position over the past 2 years. Dean Ambrose vs. Seth Rollins at WrestleMania, Backlash, and HIAC but hopefully he doesn't tear his pec. He could feud with Judgment Day for the rest of the year then win the Royal Rumble and face Roman Reigns with the narrative being 8 years ago the fans choose Dean Ambrose but the higher ups chose Seth Rollins then Roman Reigns and then they chose everyone else but Dean Ambrose because Dean Ambrose in the eyes of The Authority was too unpredictable too chaotic, too uncontrollably and in The Authority's eyes Dean Ambrose was the weakest link in The Shield, and Dean Ambrose wants to he not only the strongest, most important link in the chain but also the best member of The Shield, and he already proved it by beating Seth Rollins now he's gonna prove it again by beating Roman Reigns. He could still lose at 39 and they can have a rematch at XL but with Dean Ambrose winning of course. Also The Rock would be feuding with Roman Reigns simultaneously over who the real Tribal Chief is and Seth Rollins would be feuding with CM Punk because in this world he didn't get injured at the Royal Rumble.

Without CM Punk in AEW Jon Moxley would have a longer title reign before losing it to MJF. Maybe Adam Cole wins it instead, and it's Undisputed Kingdom vs The Elite. Maybe Bryan Danielson feuds with Eddie Kingston sooner and he feuds with MJF. I can't really think of anything drastic changing other than a few feuds we don't get and obviously no All Out Brawl or fight with Jack Perry.
