Thank so much for watching guys! I tried out a new style of editing in this one - did you notice? Was it any better? or not? And I'm planning my June videos now so I'd love to know which videos you would like to see. Let me know below 👇🏻
I enjoyed seeing you getting on with your cleaning and other things as you where chatting. It was very casual, not like an interrogation feel 😂 more like a friendly chat xx
I really enjoyed this video you were calm having fun doing a one on one with the children asking questions like do they enjoy mummy vlogging, what their favourite things/food is 🤗
I think you sound posh Welsh 🤣 Sounds like your extended family is very much like mine....absent! Love your vlogs, especially the renovation of your new house xx
i watched your grocery hauls mainly and this popped up and think i just fell in love with you and your channel i am also a mum of two autistic boys (3 kids) and i totally understand your thought on foods and i am loving yoir laundry set up! i find getting input and ideas from other mums with children with autism far more helpful just because they know and understand x thank you for sharing x fellow uk asd mum x
Love how this flows, I knew you were welsh from the first video I watched, I think you come across posh because you are well spoken, respect for keeping things private that you want to, x
Hi Rhi, I’m only 8 minutes 15 seconds in and I’m enjoying this so much- really feels like I’m getting to know you that little bit more (that kinda sounds creepy 😂) well... it’s time for me to take my two year old up to bed and I’m looking forward to watching the rest later. Ps- you’re doing so well with your channel- I’m really pleased for you and I loved how you’ve filmed this, it’s really effective how you’ve answered the questions in different parts of your home. X
I'm so glad you're enjoying it! Thank you so much for watching. You think the editing is much better? It's more work but totally worth it if it really makes a difference to the finished video. I hope bedtime goes smoothly xxx
Thanks for this, the editing was really fun! I've only just discovered your channel and am rapidly working my way through all your videos - they get me through long baby-feeding sessions. I knew you were Welsh: your name and one of your children's names are a giveaway, and the way you say certain words.
Really enjoyed this video, it’s nice to get to know you a bit better. Always interesting to see what other people’s opinions are of us it just goes to show how quick we can be to judge others. You seem really down to earth and I agree you seem like you’d be a great friend to have x
Ohh I’m loving the video with you answering questions round the house haha, and yes I agree with you about friends I’m always there for my friends at the end of the phone and I also bulk buy food , my little girl has hemiplegia and she needs a routine or she struggles and has breakdowns etc so I can relate to you on things like that , love the term you use of neurotypical , I think you sound Welsh too :) xxx
Absolutely love this... really great editing and loved the different style! You have become my favourite Instagrammer and RU-vidr as you’re so positive and upbeat with everything and just so real! ❤️🌈 x
This is a great video, I really enjoyed it. I didn't pick up you was Welsh till I heard you say the word here many many videos ago. Keep up the good work and I look forward to Tuesday at 7 PM xx
I thoroughly enjoyed the new style of filming and editing, it felt more like a one on one conversation rather than a video if you get what I mean? You do seem to be the kind of woman I'd be friends with if we knew each other in real life. I love watching your videos. Hope you have a great week! 💕💕💕
Love tonight’s vlog !! Really human & honest , feel like we have got to know u a load more . Ur absolutely right on the back up items for autism. !!!! And absolutely love ur husband’s character he is great !! Thank you for posting tonight xx😘😘
I`m still catching up with your channel ,especially as a newbie. One thing i`d like to say is how genuine you are ,and totally brelatable (even if i`ve no longer got small children around:)..I`ve got OCD and Fibromyalgia ,so love your cleaning/organising videos.I`m much slower ,due to health issues ,but a little at a time ,each day ,keeps me happy and my home (somewhat) organised!LOL I`ve ordered quite a few linked items ,so many thanks for those!! Onto more vlogs.Take care and stay safe ,all of you.Xx
Loved this Rhi. Thank you! I’ve been following you for a long time and love all of your content. I know it’s early but my little boy will be starting school in September (hopefully) so can’t wait for any videos linked to back to school and new routines etc xx
As soon as we get some sort of nod from the government that they are all going back properly (even here in Wales) I'll start filming some back to school, stuff xx
Loved this video, so nice to see you doing videos like this especially when you were in different rooms rather then just being in the one room answering questions.. Really gutted for your eldest son especially as my sister is a similar age & was due to do her GCSE’s this year, she’s really gutted as she knows she’ll not get to see her friends.. Also hoping Method let you work with them 😃💞❤️💖 xx Lots of love to you all... Hope you’re doing well and keeping safe xx
Hey... I subscribed to you props about two weeks ago and since then have been going through and watching so many of your videos .. I don’t have children so can’t relate on that subject but your vids have given me so much inspiration on motivating myself to clean more and organise things a lot better ... I love watching your vlogs ..thank you for the inspiration and motivation xxx
I can definitely tell your welsh I to am welsh but moved to Hampshire a long time ago so lost my accent! Also would love to see a video about food and fussy eaters my 4 year old is so fussy and my 6 year old is less so since going to school full time xx
What a marvellous and compelling 45 minutes , loved every second. As for being posh and not Welsh i think this my be because of Drama School ? My reason for this is i went out with a lady from the Midlands, she went to Drama School and that did change her accent some what, And a few mates at the time said whos " the posh bird " Way back in the 80s great time and even better memories !
I love the comment about it being your job to parent them. I’ve been feeling a bit rubbish the last few days - I’m not popular because I don’t allow bad behaviour and chocolate for breakfast - you’ve just reminded me it’s my job look after and parent and not be a best friend ! xx
I've read so many comments saying they didnt know you were welsh, but that shocked me so much! I knew instantly you were Welsh and to be honest that the reason I clicked on another video of yours cuz I love the accent and then from there I continued watching cuz I loved the videos!
I have the organised issue I have to be organised an have ‘weird’ ideas otherwise if I don’t have the back ups I could not just randomly pop to a shop cause it’s not her routine some of your ideas are fantastic an I’v actually used some an it’s really helped my days thank you so much! Xxxxx
I completely understand the ‘back up groceries’. I am ‘Default parent’, I work outside the home 3 days a week (currently due our third child in a few weeks so at home now), but I also have a chronic pain condition so when I am having ‘a day’...or a few(weeks🤷🏻♀️)...then I don’t have to worry about having food!
I do the one to use one for back up too... also a mummy to a daughter on the spectrum and the meltdowns over a plain croissant really aren't worth it 😂 great video and lovely to learn more about you and your family 😊 xx
Absolutely loved this video Rhi! I really enjoyed how informal it was. I am most definitely the default parent! I had a lie in the other week and her dad brought her up to me for cuddles and she brought her cup with her to request more milk🤦🏻♀️
It took me a moment, but once I watched more of your videos I definitely noticed your Welsh accent! It really comes out on certain words 💗 Also I love your outfit in this video, such a beautiful colour on you 💖
I honestly think having the one in the backup, is a completely normal thing for busy families! We have two in back up of things we use most, especially ketchup for example as sometimes my boys can just go through things so quickly! Also the laundry system just looks like it makes it so much sense! Not funny ideas at all! Love all your videos 😀
Loved the new style video! I knew you were Welsh and noticed your accent when I first started following you, but I never notice it anymore. That’s probably what happens when you hear someone speak everyday though 😂 Xxx
Thanks for such an honest video!♥️ I didn't think you were Welsh to start with until I heard you speak to your children, then I noticed your accent come out !xxx I am the default parent I need to remind my kids they also have a dad who is capable of getting them things!😂
Fab video. My son is a terrible eater, he eats the exact same thing every single day. I have tried getting him to try different foods but he just won’t entertain it it’s nice to know others have this same issue and have overcome it a little when my kids want something they ask me first but if I say no they ask their dad
Mummy of Four UK that would be amazing. All I hear from my family is he will eat if he’s hungry they just don’t get how hard it is to get him to try anything new
I'm from north Wales and you do sound welsh. I'm not sure how some people can't tell 🤣 saying that, I grew up in gwynedd and went to a welsh school and I don't have the slightest welsh accent!
I did notice the editing, have you been watching Cathrin Manning? It definitely worked. Yes you definitely sound Welsh, but that may be because I'm Welsh so notice it 🏴❤️ Loved this 🥰
@@MummyofFourUK she really is, love watching her videos. This style really worked for you, the change of setting keeping it interesting (not that it isn't usually 😊) Obviously I'm absolutely no expert 🤣 🥰
My son is on the spectrum and I totally agree re food - we used to have so many stressful meals and other people just didn’t understand. It’s got better as he’s got older and weirdly during lockdown he’s tried quite a few new things.
Awww Rhi, I just love you. I think you're fab. You're so down to earth and lovely. Wish I had you as a friend,I think our hubbys would get on too! 😂 you defo get me organised. I always have a back up in the cupboard....just because! Also love the dress, red really suits you. Xx
Really enjoyed this and my daughter has aspergus and she's the same with food and when the shops emptied at the beginning I struggled she struggled we are bk on track now xx
You definitely sound Welsh. I guess because I have family that are from Wales I can hear it because I hear it a lot(I live in Scotland btw) also loved this video xx
Really enjoyed tonight’s vlog. You most definitely sound Welsh! Random question....do you ever tie your hair up? Your hair always looks lush 😍 We’re currently renovating our kitchen. I absolutely love your new kitchen units. What company did you get them from? Jo. X
I don't much, but funnily enough, if you go and look at the stories I did a few seconds ago it's scraped up in a messy bun 😂 The kitchen was from Wren but my husband installed it. Here's the video where we went to choose it and looked at ALL the kitchens - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-X3cca0jyO1M.html
This might be quite embarrasing to say, but i'm 23 and when i have kids i'd love to be a mother like you. I can't wait to have to plan family meals and organise the house within an inch of its life. Thanks so much for the videos Rhi x
I think the backup system is just sensible- we don't have a big family but we still do the backup thing, I thought it was the norm and everybody did it, didn't realise it was unusual! 😲 Also, I can hear more of a Shropshire accent than actual broad Welsh. I enjoyed this video, thank you 😊
Hi sweetie ❤️i loved this video its good getting to know you better, I allso have pcos and got told that there was a very high chance that we would not conceive naturally after 3 years of trying we had our daughter who is now 8 and we have a 5 year old son ❤️❤️
I picked up on the twang... But you do dictate very well (I am hard of hearing so that's a great thing) I was like "she's quite posh... But there's something" and then you said certain words that were extremely obvious Welsh like "here" sounds more like "yur" I always like to guess where people are from because it's fun to pick up on accents and dialect... I'm from Yorkshire so it's quite easy to tell when I speak lol
I had no idea you was Welsh, can’t hear it. Love the video love your channel keep up the good work. I’m definitely the default parent, I work from home too and My kids will walk pass my husband and interrupt me even if I was on call with a client 🤦🏾♀️
My partner is the “default parent” for us as he is the one is at home with the children all day and I am in work... which honestly makes me feel like a failure as a mum!
I could tell you are welsh however your accent isn't strong, I stumbled across channel recently. I can totally relate to the autism story as I am a carer for a family member with a diagnosis
I don’t think the back up system is strange at all. There’s only 3 of us in our house and I like to have back ups, I hate going to get something out of the cupboard and realising we’ve ran out and I don’t know
So funny how people didn’t realise you are welsh. I can definitely tell but think you do have a well spoken twang/welsh accent. If that makes sense, lol x
The "jam is their jam" things assumed me because I have a child under peads who "jam is his jam" and we couldn't possibly run out. One of my kids walked past their daddy to ask me for a drink while I was vomitting last week, then got really annoyed when I didn't get up and get him one!
Thank you for yet another brilliant video. I love all your organization hacks. I have just started RU-vid and have appreciation for how much work that goes into even making the most simple content. I've started off with room tours. Can I ask if you could advise on a free app for editing using your phone without the watermark. You have a lovely family and beautiful home xx ❤
@@MummyofFourUK indeed although he is 18 years old he does'nt melt down as much but he does get stressed if he doesnt have his favourites in the freezer or cupboards xx
Watching months later, also Welsh, I think your husband has a much stronger Welsh accent you can hear your accent sometimes not all the time, have an inkling which bit of Wales your from given the accent 💕
You're very smart to keep a lot of things secret. There are too many creepy crazy people out there in the world. What kind of ceremony is there for students who are getting out of secondary school in the UK? Is there one at all? I've never heard anyone actually mention that before. I've always thought, since I found your channel, that once your kids are all either grown or at least self sufficient that you should start a Patreon for your advice, parenting, and educational tips for parents of kids who have autism, for example. That might be a steady way to have an income from what you have learned over time. It's a great idea to have a backup of food as you do. Zara is just adorable, so I think she does count as a blessing. In a weird way, having several children does kind of make it make sense that you just might be able to have it easier the more you have once it has worked a few times. I don't know if that's really medical or not, but still. :) I didn't think you sound extremely Welsh. I'm used to hearing a Welsh accent be very difficult to understand instead of the sort of posh way you have. Every time I hear Welsh accents in movies or old TV shows, or even in plays, it sort of sounds like someone talking while having gravel or marbles in their mouths. Your kind of posh isn't the snob pretentious kind, though. The way you have managed to get your children to eat raw vegetables and only drink water is mind blowing. You're right. You can wait to be friends with your kids when they are grown and then laugh when they have problems with their own children. :) Is there such a thing as freelance marketing? With such a relatively small space to have 4 children and a husband in, I think you really can't not be organized without going completely bonkers. I can see you as a dancer, actually. You are so cheerful and energetic in your videos. Running around managing 4 kids and a husband is its own form of exercise. When I was a kid, my mother had to do more than one load a day with my father's work clothes because he was a mechanic who sold and repaired lawn mowers and farm equipment. He was constantly covered in grease and motor oil and gasoline and things like that. I also think you do seem very together. :)
Thank you lovely! I love reading your comments, they are always so thought out and show that you really watch my videos. It means so much to me. There's no official "graduation" here, but they sign books and shirts and hug and cry on the last day, it's sad he missed that. They also have apron that won't happen now 😭 And yes, I do freelance marketing 😉
Not trying to get in your personal life or nothing xx and you don’t have to answer but are you from South Wales xx ps I love your family and your videos xxxx ❤️❤️❤️🧡🧡🧡💛💛💛💚💚💚💙💙💙💜💜💜💖💖💖
It's a cool things with accents really, your accent is kind of like my boyfriend's, he is Welsh, even speaks Welsh, (it's his first language), but when he speaks English it sounds like he is from somewhere in the North of England, he has been told Manchester a lot by people, but when he says certain words you can hear the Welsh accent. I think it's the same for you in a way, I can tell your Welsh because of the way you say certain words, but you don't have what a lot of people would expect of a stereotypical Welsh accent 😊 sorry I find accents fascinating 😂
Hi rih are you selling your old house if you are I’m moving to Wales and I am looking for houses to move in after lockdown so can you like give me the details for it and we are looking at other houses and if we don’t like that one we do have other choices or if you’re not selling it
Hello I love your videos I’m a newish subscriber!! I can totally relate to you on so many levels and I’m a Autism mum to!! I totally get everything you said and I do the same things with back ups! And Yes you do sound welsh lol
Mummy of Four UK I can relate to all of the food struggles as my 11 year old is very limited to certain foods. So I have many backs ups including tomato ketchup. I was that mum running around my local store during the panic buying hoping there was some left on the shelf as we were using the back up 😱. His name is also William excellent choice in name by the way 😉
My son is also in year 11. He’s very upset he didn’t get chance to go to prom or his graduation. What’s ur teenager going to do stay on at school or go college.?
