Hey Sara! I stumbled upon your channel just last month. Shocking, I know. But really, your videos are like a breath of fresh air. You talk about what YOU like to talk about, and in the way you want to, not just what is the "in" thing or way. And that shows in your content. You talk about tech, your life, your family, your past, etc. And you're frank and upfront. For instance, I really found it amazing how you discussed (im my opinion) very personal matters like why you left college and why you relocated a bunch of times. Even a very simple (but hilarious) matter of not having tried peaches for a very long time despite your channel branding. You didn't really have to reveal any of that stuff, but you did. Please do keep making awesome videos and always stay the funny, bubbly and amazing person that you are! 😊👍👍

Its a Shame that the Music they had in the event had me more HYPED than the actual products XD I wish I cared more about that apple event, like I do but they give us less WOW updates year after year. (Mature market 🤷🏽‍♂) Hot take: No-one is actually developing games or apps that can take full advantage of the A16 chip let alone this new A17 Pro Chip

Yeah, there was a lot of environmental talk, but companies (whether they admit) follow Apple's direction all the time, so if this is what it takes for companies to do something about their environmental impact, then I'll happily endure a few minutes of carbon talk.

7:10 Ive actually ALWAYS sold my old android phones. Never have I ever had one end up in a drawer or so. The thing with android is that you gotta keep in mind that the price develops very different from apple. If you take a Samsung S23 or smth, it's msrp is let's say 999€. Literally a week after release you can probably get it for 949€ and you'll get a free galaxy watch or so thrown in. Making the phone already 800€ if you manage to sell the watch. The price then slowly, drops until the release of the S24. Once the S24 is out the S23 will probably sit below 650ish€. Making the realistic second hand price around 400€. With apple the price is pretty static and there are pretty much no sales or anything. Thus it holds its value longer and even last Gen iPhones will be more pricy than some half year old androids

Ive never ran into a situation where my ultra wasnt bright enough other than when im purposely aiming it in the sun (i live in cali). But my phone easily can be brighter esp when the phone starts to get hot. So forsure the higher brightness is needed on the phone and way less on the watch. But im sure that would effect better life and display life etc

With my Pixel, I use the tele way more than the ultrawide. Sometimes it comes in clutch not even as a camera, but like binoculars to see smaller text or writing from across a room.

My son is still using my old iPhone 2016 SE, my daughter is using my old iPhone 12 mini, I’m using my iPhone 13 mini and plan to use for another 2-3 years. Replaced batteries on my own.

what i would like a fix to is when your in a room with other apple devices ie a phone, watch, apple tv, and the mini speakers that when you say hey siri play library that all of the devices respond and begin playing music i wish somehow there was a way they could either prioritize which device resonse depending on the request or when more then one device of yours is in a space only one device acts has a main device and does all the siri resonses

I actually use the telephoto a lot more than the ultra wide. It’s just the perspective. But then I am a camera hobbyist so it might just be a geek thing, people usually just wanted to fit all the things in the photo instead of trying to standing back and zooming in. Though I do think that I would use the ultra wide more if it got an upgrade

Fun and light, I dig it

Need help form you - I am on iphone 11 and was waiting for a upgrade to next only if it had the usb c. And this is it. For me to upgrade to iphone 15 would be only and only if I can access my external drives (SDD, HDD and pendrives) as well as to be able to hook it on to the monitor using the usb to hdmi port. If I can do these things- then it's bye bye iphone 11 and ipad air 4 for me and just pick the iphone 15 up which would do the work of both the devices. So what do you think ??? Is it the right and justifiable way to go forward as soon as the reviews are out and capabilities of the usb c are clear in a couple of days

The USB transfer speeds are dependent on the A16 or A17 chips. The A17 is capable of the higher speeds. That's why only the pro models get it. Coloring titanium isn't as easy as it is for other metals.

I’m with Sara on the Dynamic Island. I bought iPhone 8 when iPhone X came out because I’m not about the notch. I held out until now when I got the iPhone 15, the island is just the Apple way in the best way. Also the iPhone 15 main camera takes better photos than iPhone 14 Pro, 24mp vs 12mp binning even tho they both have 48mp sensors.

As for old iPhones, it's also worth noting that Apple keeps supplying security updates. I'm not sure for how long they keep this up, but an iPhone 6 I just gave away (with a full working battery) STILL received updates, and that's an 8 year old phone. And the whole watch 'finger gesture', well, I sort of would give it another gesture. I think it's 'meh' but it may work for others..

I find it interesting that Octavia Spencer and Tim Cook in the same featurette. Both are Auburn grads.

The AUDACITY of Apple not inviting Sara to the event is criminal

I thought this was an interesting item under repairability: But with the introduction of the iPhone 15 Pro, Apple appears to have corrected this design flaw and made it easier to replace the back glass. How? Apple has revamped the internal chassis architecture, adding a new structural frame that allows the back glass to be easily replaced. And no lasers are required!

this video was so fun!!! best collab ever! Let's talk about the event... oh god, how I hate this new format... inviting a new person whenever they need to talk about something, either the camera, the battery, the chip, whatever... they spend around 10-15 minutes with that, 20 minutes about the environment, and the new titanium bla bla bla. The best part of the keynote was the regular iPhone 15, the improvements were terrific over the iPhone 14. The 15 Pro/Pro Max is so lame that I would call the iPhone 14 Pro S, kinda feel like the 14 last year. I have the 14 Pro Max and when I heard about the new zoom I got excited and I was planning on upgrading and giving my mom the 14 Pro Max, but I'm not sure if I will do that... I might find the same I have to give her haha Anyway, the upgrades on the Apple Watch were kinda lame as well for me... they are so lazy that didn't even color match the Watch Pro with the new iPhones lol I'll buy the series 9, cuz I need to upgrade my super old series 3 haha but that was it... also i will miss the Hèrmes leather bands.

I think they are selling the USB-C to lightning cable instead of selling a new AirPods case. Realistically, you can wirelessly charge some of them too. But the cable is way cheaper than a new case would be. Oh, and the skit was a unique was to talk about sustainability. It did go on forever. I was surprised it didn't say "Shot with an iPhone 15 Pro Max" at the end credits.

This is much better than some “react” video in that room after the event like 8million other RU-vidrs.
