A little info on the girl from Lethal Company. She'll always spawn behind you. So if you're running around and you hear breathing/giggling don't turn around and don't look for her. She'll eventually despawn. If you DO get her in the ship you can block the entrance and back yourself in a corner. (I believe that's one way to get rid of her.)
