plan zero bro u really inspired me to keep tricking and following my passion. I live on a small island of St Lucia in the Caribbean and theres literally nobody who takes it remotely seriously. I think theres about 4 tramps overall in the entire country and I have to travel a good distance to a park for the nearest one and pray there aren't people on it just messing around. Hearing that somebody as successful as you made it that far alone is very inspiring.

All you need to practice for a kaboom is timing your heels snapping onto the trampoline. You have to go for it because if you decide to bail as soon as you do it, you'll land on your neck since the heel action is what sends you rotating. Try going onto your back and keeping your legs straight and low to the trampoline beforehand. As soon as your back touches the trampoline, snap your heels down. If you're not confident with it, snap your heels down but don't go over your head. Go over your shoulder instead and then try to line it up. As long as you get the timing, you can nail it and once you can do a kaboom, it's such an easy trick to do. Sidenote: it is easier to keep your legs straight and together when you're about to go onto your back.

hmmm im 30 years old with history of pulled muscles and twisted both ankles i started to mess around on beach few yeas ago did something like butterfly kick but even worse, then watched your tutorial for beginners, do you think its good idea to start at this age? My advice on kaboom is smack your heels as hard as you can.

Yeah. People mess up on the timing. Basically as soon as your back touches the trampoline, snap your heels down. You have to commit to the trick because the motion of snapping your heels down sends you over. They could try to go over their shoulder at first and do a kaboom flatspin to help. That's how I learnt it. Timing will become effortless with practice.

Damien Wackwitz just start do a front roll in the air on a tramp then when u do that you a the potential to do side flips and backflips and twisting flips and don't worry if u can learn that all in like a day or week it can take a year and if u learn fast it can take a few months

Flipping from your back is way less scary than flipping from your feet because of the 90 degree angle that has already been completed. Kaboom is still hard as hell for me though lol.
