*_I just LOVE the tradition, in the opening scene, between the woman’s screen and Coulson’s crazy jazz music playing in his office!_* 😁👍 *_Trying to know what’s going on in Ward’s head??? 😳... 😂 That’s like trying to put a 10,000 piece jigsaw puzzle.... Without knowing what the final picture looks like... with all the pieces being small squares... and all the squares are just shades of black!_* 😱🤪😅

I always thought thar the last guy had an inclination to three-dimensional art. He did become a constructor or architect...? So he immediately did the model of the city and the compulsion was over very soon

Yeah, that makes a lot of sense. And, good for him ... especially since he had a family. Who knows what could've happened if the compulsion had drug out like it did with the others.

Fun fact. Skye’s friend Micro shows up in one of the Netflix shows. Punisher, I think. And another character Creel on this show may be the same Creel that fought Matt Murdock’s dad in Daredevil. Those connections were more meaningful back when “It’s all connected” included Marvel TV shows-before only the shows on Disney+ counted.

To be honest, I really liked the writing on the wall storyline. We see Clark Gregg's amazing acting! I always loved Fitz's line "Brains never delete files, they just lose connections. It's just a matter of digging and finding them." I feel like this is where he became more comfortable with his injury and more hopeful about improving. We also don't see fake Simmons anymore (I know real Simmons is back but we know that last episode he was still seeing her after Simmons returned). I love May this season, she always fit the role as Skye's S.O., and seeing the more maternal and soft side of her really completes her character well.

Yeah, this season was definitely the one to get me to start loving May. She became the exact version of her that I wanted in season one. It's also great that it feels natural and like who she's really been all along rather than them forcing a change to the character. But, that's part of the genius with the writing on this show. They definitely know how to play the long game.

Yep. Had to take a little break to deal with one of our pups who needed emergency surgery that involved a pretty intense recovery period, but she seems to be pretty much back to her old self finally. :)

Thanks! It was scary and incredibly stressful there for a while, but she's a fighter. She just wrapped up the last of her meds yesterday so we have to see how she does off them to make sure no issues come back up, but we're hopeful.

Every time I watch this episode I can't help thinking 'Bobby! No! What are you doing!' It's tough seeing him be bad like this (The guy carving people up played a dim witted lovable guy on the sitcom Cougar Town).

Ward calling Skye was giving me “I’m having an old friend for dinner,” vibes. From Captain America to Hannibal Lecter in one season is a weird but fun character shift.

The alien writing/carvings always did make me a little uneasy. I'm glad to be past it again. Ward is... not truly with Hydra, but he's a force of nature. A very rogue element.

@@BritanyBinges the first episode we saw the writing was season 1 episode 4 "eye spy" what ward had to go under cover for was pictures of the writing. if you go back and watch for it, we see the writing on a "board" and they take a picture before wishing him luck getting out of there.
