Wanted to try something different and it feels like I did a solid job on that but I get that it may not be the usual sound peeps are used too! Thanks for the react! 💖💖💖
When I listen to it in the moment I enjoy your verse alot. But watching this video I totally forgot you were on it. Idk how to fix that, but yeah it just isnt memorable for me. Cause listening to it again like I said I really enjoyed it.
It's an absolutely crazy day when Rustage might have the weakest track, and it's still freaking fire. Fabvl's was my favorite as well. As I've said elsewhere, I was rocking out so hard on the breakdown that I literally broke my chair.
@@mastereduimusic it's probably between him and Nerdout. Don't get me wrong, both tracks are still absolutely amazing. I just personally like the rest better.
@@NovaKnight That’s fair. Personally, I really enjoyed Rustage’s, the beat is so vibey it’s unreal. Divide is def second, then I’d say maybe Fabvl? But yeah, Nerdout was my least favourite, mainly cuz it felt cluttered, but like you said, still, like the rest of em, are amazing tracks, all of which were unique, which I really enjoyed.
Fabvl’s is by far and away the best track on this list he just blew this song out of the water it’s like a cross between bring me the horizon meets blue stahli
It was so cool to see so many different but amazing takes under the umbrella of Cyber Punk! Everyone was so different yet familiar Connor was right, this weekend really showed how great nerd-core can be!
Glad someone else thought of Bring Me the Horizon listening to Fabvl's track as well. Those were totally the vibes I was getting and I was lovin' all of it.
I'm currently having a mental breakdown as I got severe deja vu because I seriously dreamt of both you and Connor reacting to this a year ago, A FRICKING YEAR AGO, Before anything related to Edge Runners was a thing, I'm questioning whether anything else has happened before in a dream and it happened in reality... it has...
Fabvls gave off a Liking Park, skillet Vibe Rustage on the other hand had that weekend like style...with the beat and chorus Dz8 had a drake and Travis scott song.... I like how the nerdcore be trying out things in the mainstream in a few years y'all would get billboard hit's
Just btw as they were talking about how this song has mass appeal, it made it on spotify hot new metal playlist he shared it on twitter! He's moving up in the world guys!
Maybe the last time a bunch of songs came out for 1 show in 1 weekend was Arcane, but even then I dont think it was quite as stacked as it is for Edgerunners.
Everyone made incredible songs for this and they were all so unique. Fabvl though made an absolute banger. Might have to be my favorite Fabvl song, oh my god.
Only watched the first 3 episodes of cyberpunk and these tracks make me wanna continue it so badly but I haven't matched more yet because the anime made me so fucking anxious that I had to stop
The background chords on Nerdout's song are literally the SAME keys as Legends Never Die. THAT is why we're getting that vibe. It's complicated. But cool.
Everyone out here slipping into Cyberpsychosis during their writing process. Glad they were able to stay on their meds long enough to upload this shit before MaxTac got to em.
I can't remember the name, but the beat for the chorus of upgrade(rustage s track). It sounds very similar to another song, but I can't put a finger on the name. Any help is appreciated Edit: mainly the line "I just really want an upgrade", that beat
IDK why but fabvl's got me crying, I don't think its sad nor does it invoke and mental reaction but I'm just crying. His music hits different, or it's these samsung wired earbuds I got from a thrift store for 50¢, I swear these things gots hax's, the bass is better then my 300$ headphones and sounds so much better then them too, even with proper eq on the headphones.
Pretty sure Nerdouts song is a big nod to the ending credits song Never Fade Away by P.T. Adamzyck and Jenna something. The Cover version with Female vocals.
To the question of what show caused the nerdcore community to pop off like Cyberpunk: Arcane had about as many bangers but their release distribution was much more dispersed
