But these older songs never grow old for us; they become more like old friends. Every time a new reactor finds this group is a trip down memory lane for us! Great reaction to Rob's lead singing on this one!

Home Free is the best--period. It's easy to forget they are completely acapella and make all "instrumental" sounds themselves. One of the best ways to get to know their background is to start with the videos of their performances on Season 4 of the NBC show "The Sing Off" (the ones with the judges' comments are best). Or check out the "Home Free History" videos on Chris Rupp's channel (Chris is Adam's brother; they founded the group together in 2000. Chris left to pursue solo pursuits in 2016; Chance replaced him as the group's baritone.) It's so cool to get insight into everything they've gone through to get to where they are now 🥰

The teddybear with glasses is Rob, the high tenor (very slender frame) is Austin, the bass is Tim (here with long dark hair and leather jacket), Adam Rupp is the beatboxer and clearly an alien, and Adam Chance (goes by Chance, no solo in this song) is the baritone. I love Boyz II Men and have played End of the Road so many times. I never thought I'd ever like a cover of this song. But Home Free managed to do it, while maintaining the respect for the original. How wonderfully sung by all! But for me it is mainly Rob who nailed it. What a great voice with so much soul in it. He touches me deep inside. Of course it is the combination of the other leads, fantastic harmony, bone-feeling bassline and the inhuman vocal percussion that makes it complete. I advise you to take a real Home Free journey through the HF playlist. Because you will be really surprised. Because even though they are a country a-cappella group, they can really sing all genres. All five have a great voice, each with their own specialty. Rob Lundquist (beard and glasses) - tenor and a great whistler. With a voice as soulful and soft as velvet. Austin Brown (front right to us) - High Tenor, with his great runs and high notes. Adam Chance (hereinafter referred to as Chance, for us right back)-Baritone/ Bass with a voice so smooth and sexy. Tim Foust (front left) - Deep Bass but can also reach the high regions Adam Rupp (back left) - Beatboxer/vocal percussionist/mouth artist, singing voice tenor. He started the group with his brother Chris Rupp. Chris left the group in 2016 for a solo album and other projects such as 7th ave and Cyprus Fyre. Some of my favorite songs are "Dreamer"(original), "Take Me Home", "How Great Thou Art", "When A Man Loves A Woman", "Brother in Arms", "Cover me Up", "Mayday" But actually I can't say which is the best because everything is incredibly good. Not only because of their voices, but also because of their personalities, no ego, no rivalry, real brotherhood and the fun they have together.

Home Free is amazing. They won the 4th season of the NBC show the Sing Off. Shawn Stockman of Boyz II Men was a judge and he loved them. I think Home Free wanted to do right by him. There were brothers in the band with Adam Rupp (beatboxer) and Chris Rupp (baritone). Chris in earlier videos often wore a cowboy hat or baseball cap but he left the band in 2016. The brothers, btw, founded Home Free in 2000. Chris was replaced by Chance. He’s the baritone/bass. Tim Foust is the bass, Rob (glasses) is the tenor, Austin (redhead) is the high tenor and last but not least is Adam, who is the amazing beatboxer. Good reaction!

IMO, nothing will ever replace the original magic from hearing Boyz 11 Men sing this masterpiece, & I am so happy that Home Free, was able to keep the original integrity of the song, yet still inject a little of their own magic, allowing us, to fall in love with it, all over again 💕 *I don't believe any other group, other than Home Free, could have pulled this off, & the fact that they are a Capella, definitely puts them on a completely different level of skill & talent* 💕

These guys do an amazing job of this song! They can do any genre including R&B. Rob's voice has so much feeling & soul in it. Austin adding his higher tones, Chance harmonizing in the back, Tim adding some bass & Adam with his fabulous vocal percussion. These guys are my favorite a cappella group out there. All their songs are good whether it is serious, heart warming or funny.

One of the original members, Chris Rupp, the brother of the beat boxer, has interviews with the inherent guys on his channel on the history of the group. Him and Adam started the group.

They aren't a cover band. First they have their own originial music and second every "cover" song they do they take to the next level and make it their own and they do it all WITHOUT musicial instruments. Just their voices and their talent.

Rob Lundquist has the black beard , he's tenor, Tim Foust is the one with the straight dark hair, he's the Bass but he has a five octave range so he can be super low or up really high, Austin Brown has the wavy reddish hair,he's tenor 1, Chance is Baritone so he can go pretty low and Adam Rupp is the Beatbox and founding member with his brother Chris who is no longer in the group. He left to do solo work. Matt hasn't been in the group for over 10 years.

The awesome thing about Home Free is that they are a cappella. Every sound you hear comes out of their mouths! There are NO instruments.

Home Free has had a number of members over the years since they started in 2000. Adam Rupp (beatboxer) is the only remaining original member. Robb Lundquist is the next oldest (~2008), then Tim Foust (~2010). Austin replaced original member Matt Atwood in about (~2012/2013) right before they went on the Sing Off. Adam Chance replaced original/founding member Chris Rupp in 2016. The no changes have taken place since then and the current line up is Adam, Rob, Tim, Austin, and Adam.

Across the front - Tim (bass+), Rob - tenor, Austin - high tenor. Back row, Adam Rupp - beatboxer, and tenor, Adam Chance, known as Chance because of Adam Rupp - baritone and bass.

One of my favorites by them is Blue Ain’t Your Color.

They put out a 7-part history on the band. Look for Home Free History.

The guys also have original music. In fact they just recently released a video of one of their originals. What's Left Of My Heart written by Tim Foust their 5 octave bass.

Hey Jynx! Go to RU-vid and pull up Home Free History. They have 7 videos of how they all got started and where they're from. The videos are about 1/2 hour long and it's hilarious the stories they tell. It really gives you an in-depth look into each guy and their backgrounds. They almost quit all together at one point but Adam Rupp kept pushing on and they finally took off.
