Shooketh, the new word that means a sophisticated Shakespeare royal shake. Ha nice. This album and band is driftastic and I am sleepdid. One of the best albums along with their augment and impulse one. Their coming out with a darker drift album this year too. Check out darkest hours, the misery we make. And sylosises, apparations.
Yea. I love Those albums just as much as the newer self titled one. I will say that the older ones like Most metal bands and things are that kind of heavier and darker.
Billy Bobber yeah. But i feel like those 2 albums are the pinnacle of Darkest Hour. Everything is great by them. But Deliver Us is probably their best. In terms of everything just coming together perfectly. The riffs especially on that album are pure gold.
I've. Been listening to deliver us and it is such a masterpiece but the self titled too. It comes together perfectly with soft and hard melodies and captures the heart of it's soul. A more melodic deliver us.
Billy Bobber for sure. I love the selftitled. But... I wamt her tk hear some of the original Darkest Hour before the self titled. Because its a bit of a change from their normal sound.
Smithysmithin his screams are fine, I don't know what ur talking about. I'm the opposite, I like the heavy vocals, but I'm not a fan of those high pitched clean vocals. They arent bad, it's just not my thing. I do like them at certain parts though. For the screams though, they aren't bad, and they aren't amazing. They are fine, and there's nothing to really pick apart on his harsh vocals man.
Nathan Pickering um... Opinions? Lmfao. And actually there is. The technique is completely different then their previous vocalist. I just dont agree with it, and dont enjoy it. So... I mean. Idk why you think theres anything wrong with the cleans. Theyre fine. Not the best, not the worst. So dont be a dick. I can turn it right around. We are all entitled to our opinions.

And I agree there's nothing wrong with the clean vocals, they aren't the worst, and they aren't amazing. And like u said about the heavy vocals, u don't like the style of it, and I say the same for the clean vocals. Just isn't the type of cleans I like, but there's nothing wrong with them. Nathan Pickering i was pretty agressive lol. I apologize for that. Its just that like i said in my original comment here. His vocals are meh haha. And when you compare them to the depth and quality of their previous guy, hes just not that good. He has like no emotion. Or thats how i feel. Hes just monotone.
