This is not Spanish, it's 100% old school Brazilian samba! An honest mistake though, it's very very specific haha. Honestly, one of the best tracks in this soundtrack. The "weird/primal-sounding" thing is an instrument we call "cuíca" if you wanna search for it, it's very common in samba, oldschool and new. A more "Spanish" vibe track from Cuphead would be "Honeycomb Herald", it goes more into the Spanish/Latin Jazz vibes (and also another fave of mine in the OST).
