Leave the door open by Silk Sonic was one of the best songs to be released in 2021 (in my book), and Kelly Clarkson recently performed it at her own show. She DESTROYED it.
Her soulful voice melts me, I'm so happy I've rediscovered Kelly Clarkson for myself again, her talent is everything!

This song should have got the same attention as the one she did yesterday, where she actually trended on Twitter. She covered “She Used To Be Mine” from “Waitress”, I was so happy that finally happened where she got some love on Twitter. Everybody went crazy over that, but I say where ya’ll been? Lol She’s been around almost two decades and some just have really slept on her. I have been a fan since Idol, the furious voting was worth it. Lol She’s been knocking me over all this time. Woke up this morning and listened to Tracy Chapman & Eric Clapton singing "Give Me One Reason" which was such a great groove I immediately added it to my playlist. Your Kelly Clarkson's reactions are my absolute favorite on this plateforme simply because you seem to really get how splendid of a vocalist she is. Please, I'd love to see more Kelly reactions. Twitter finally noticed Kelly yesterday, it seems like the only time (except for maybe when she covered Garth Brooks’ song “The Dance” a few months ago), she did a cover of “She Used To Be Mine” from “Waitress”, she trended on Twitter and finally got some love. Unfortunately too many sleep on her. ☹️

I need you to stop everything and react to Kelly Clarkson's official studio cover of Happier Than Ever by Billie Eilish!! You are gonna be blown away by her delivery and vocal performance!!! She sang the cover on her talk show a few months ago amidst her public divorce, so she changed a couple lyrics to fit her current vibe. But the studio version she released a couple days ago is even more STELLAR AND VERY EMOTIONAL!

Yes she has her live band all the time on her show. Kelly never fakes anything. Jason her keyboard player is her band leader since the beginning. She has been putting out albums all the time. Also you need to react to her meaning of life nashville sessions.

Happy to hear your reaction. I gave you a hard time about your KC/Ariana reaction and analysis. Ariana is great. Kelly Clarkson is otherworldly. KC can do so much more than anyone else in this era. Her versatility is unmatched by anyone in any era. Happy you enjoyed it! Thanks! You didn’t give me a hard time, you simply said that I paid more attention to one singer over the other, which wasn’t the case ☺️. To me it seemed to be based on how you feel reactors generally respond to their collab, and not based on what I actually said in that video. Kelly is out of this world. However, I don’t feel the need to compare singers to have one winner, so while I appreciate your recommendations I don’t see the need to report back on whether or not her talent is unmatched. If you think so though, that’s great :) Enjoy all her performances! She’s amazing. Feel free to pick favorites for yourself, but personally I can appreciate a vocalist without comparing them to others. She’s not on Idol anymore, there doesn’t have to be a winner. Just my two cents. Here Official, I appreciate your diplomatic response and desire not to make comparisons but that is exactly what reaction videos are about. No one knows what your personal music standards are u less you put them into context by making comparisons. Taking a neutral stance and declaring “everyone is great” with no critical opinion is purely personal vanity - nothing more and therefore no reason to watch your videos. Tell it like it is - good or bad - and make a determination about the quality of the vocalists by comparison. It looks like you’re afraid to piss off fans of the artists you react to. That’s not a way to achieve anything worthwhile.

@@ketchupmoney647 Feel free to not watch my videos if they don’t follow your personal preferred format. I still think it’s possible to focus on the positive qualities a singer has, and to learn from those, without the need to compare them to other singers. If I wish to protect myself from the potential drama of a stan war, that is entirely up to me. However, I have already gotten a lot of flack from BTS fans for pointing out that a performance wasn’t entirely live, and I recently posted a Britney vocal analysis which I’m sure will rub some fans the wrong way. So I don’t think you’re right. With all that said, my videos are reaction videos for entertaiment purposes, and I choose to comment more on their musical choices rather than giving vocal analysis. I never promote reactions as vocal analysis videos, so I don’t feel like people would expect that either. If your opinion is based solely on the fact that I praised both Kelly and Ariana, I do love them both with their individual strengths. But again, feel free to not watch my videos if they’re not what reaction videos should be about for you. Take care.

Well Hege, I'll comment but I'd be more interested in you reacting to Floor Jansen or Haley Reinhart, though no disrespect to Kelly is meant. I certainly think that Kelly has gotten better with age (She & Floor are about the same age.) I suspect you're familiar with both Floor and Haley but if not, let me know and I'll try and give you some context as to why I suggest them. Hope all is well in sunny Malaga.
