13:00 That Japanese comment was insulting the fact that he is a haafu(half Japanese). Some Japanese don't accept us as "Japanese" because we are not full blooded. He was basically saying "the dumbasses' dick stinks and he should go wash it. Smegma just oozes out when that guy pulls down his foreskin" lmao. Then the other guy jokes about them waiting at FamilyMart(a convenience store) with Chu-Hi(an alcoholic drink) for him(to fight probably).

You guys should check out "how to do ramen" by Mr Jagger. He creates great weird-ass short films, the problem is that the guy is from spain and the videos are in spanish, but you can actually enjoy and react to this video even if you dont speak it, it's mostly graphical. Trust me that guy is to spanish speakers what franku is to english natives. Anyways i believe this video has english subtitles.
