Part of the "nonsense" English lyrics in Wife are likely Soyeon clapping back at people who criticize her for lyrics or pronunciation. Cube didn't post the English translated lyrics on the music video because the Korean parts are pretty racy with a lot of sexual innuendo. As a result some radio stations and TV networks won't broadcast the song Wife. The song is basically taking a jab at Korean traditional expectations of women/wives. Here are the English translations.

I think Soyeon wrote, "I clean your loom" to let the haters know that she doesn't care what they think of her pronunciation. She can obviously say, "ROOM", but why not purposely toss some fodder to those clowns?
