@@RedTerrorcat I can't think of any staging where something new happens at each camera cut. The concepts, the visuals, the co-ordination, the story telling. The camera work. Can you? I'm not even a huge fan of the song.
Dont care what anyone thinks but irelands entry this year was best everrr staging of Eurovision history and ive been watching it since 94 ireland was epic this year the real winner a star is born ❤
There were 37 countries competing this year. Semi-final 1 had 15 competing countries, and Semi-final 2 had 16 competing countries. The top 10 from each semi-final went through to the Grand Final, where they joined the 'Big Five' (Germany, France, Italy, Spain & United Kingdom) as well as hosts Sweden who all qualify automatically. That meant the Grand Final had 26 acts.
This entry got 6th place in the jury vote, 6th place in the public vote and 6th in the overall ranking. And 660 000 people watched the Eurovision final in Ireland.
Travis & Susie, thank you both for the great reaction. Thirty-seven countries participated in the contest, the same number as in 2023. Romania opted not to participate, and Luxembourg competed for the first time since 1993. The Netherlands was disqualified from the contest between the second semi-final and the final, but the country retained its right to vote. Thanks again guys, love and hugs from Ireland
I advise you to watch the representative of Ukraine for Junior Eurovision 2024 - Artem Kotenko with the song "Dim", everyone should hear this voice🤗💙💛🏠
