@@Y0UR0NLYMATE Seriously, why choose an opponent that Korra has literally less than 0% chance of winning against? Not only is the stat difference massive, but Korra has no win conditions whatsoever. Even if she did, she wouldn't be able to pull them off anyway cause massive stat diff.
They're putting Korra against a Marvel Herald, she's absolutely fucked... Like I get why they didn't put her against Rey or Delsin Rowe (because muh controversial characters and Cole should be the first Infamous rep in Death Battle respectively) but was this really the only alternative they had?!

Shocked given that it's arguably Korra's most requested matchup yet unshocked since I think ScrewAttack was aware of the high salt they'd get the moment that would be announced since almost everyone in the world hates Rey and the sequel trilogy.

I thought Raging Demon would end the fight but then I keep forgetting Shao Kahn can take down the demi-god of *thunder* and can *merge realms into one* Either way I’m not disappointed with the outcome because I was rooting for both lol
Actually raging demon in fact if he had to finish the battle but as always is death battle ah yes also in mk9 they killed shao kahn through his heart .. I also love how they take non-canon feats for kahn but with akuma? pure feats of street fighter.

Maybe Ryu can beat Shao Kahn. Ryu has a transformation called Shin Ryu, I know it is confusing since Akuma also has a transformation called Shin Akuma. But let me explain. Shin Akuma is like Akuma's own version of Evil Ryu, but under control. Shin Ryu is about Ryu fusion Evil Ryu with The Power Of Nothingness. And The Power Of Nothingness makes the user immortal, as they cant be killed physically or spiritually. So as long as Ryu uses his Shin form Shao Kahn can't kill him despite being stronger while Ryu just needs to hit him with the Raging Demon.
To be honest, I didn't like the result of this fight. My problem here was that they used a combination of 2 timelines to create this Shao Khan's strength, when actually they should've used the reboot Shao Khan, and that hammer was so annoying; and in the main story of the latest game, we didn't actually saw him dodging Cetrion's fatality, so that speed reference was not true. I was going on Akuma mainly because of his reason to fight and Oni's Raging Demon is no doubt stronger than regular Akuma's Raging Demon. Maybe I'm wrong, but this is just my honest opinion. By the way, they never mention this but back in Street Fighter 4, Akuma evolved the Raging Demon to Wrath of the Raging Demon, which is stated to be a more powerful variant of the move, which has become his signature finisher in the latest games.
A fatality is just a cool animation at the end of the day tbh. Remember that Shao Kahn had conquered multiple worlds and even goes toe to toe against elder gods. Hell, Raiden with the power of all the Elder Gods couldn't defeat Shao Kahn, at least not that easily. And in MK11, I believe Shao Kahn killed Fujin, an elder god, in the Aftermath storyline. And Blaze is CAPABLE of destroying worlds, and Shao Kahn defeated him. It's fair to think that they should have used just one iteration of Shao Kahn, but even if they did, Shao Kahn can defeat Blaze in both iterations anyways in my opinion.
Out of all of Korra's 3 most popular opponents, I genuinely thought that Storm was the least likely to happen, I honestly thought it was Delsin Rowe as most likely, Rey is a close second, and then Storm Oh well, still could be a good episode
I was hoping for Rey personally. Though that’s probably due to being a fan of Star Wars and having that clash with Avatar could’ve been fun. But hey, what can ya do

Well, the rest of this season is now no surprises or hype at all, we know what's after Korra vs Storm and after that Also Storm is gonna brutalize Korra So why even do that match up? Screw the rest of this season, no surprises left at all 😒
