Dimash asked Igor Krutoy to compose a different Ave Maria for him to sing. Igor composed Stranger, Ogni Pietra, Miss You, etc for Dimash. He is a Very famous billionaire composer, apparently. Igor says ‘I write - Dimash sings’. They don’t have a contract but a gentleman’s agreement.
Well almost. Dimash phoned Igor saying he wanted to create a version of Ave Maria. Hr, Dimash, went onto explain his approach. They talked a good long time, gaining and taking, when they got to the point when Dimash n Igor felt they were ready to put it on paper so to speak, Igor spent the evening and more creating the discussed proposal. A beautiful co operation between them. I really miss seeing Igor and his input.

But Dimash, a muslim asked his friend, the Russian-Ukrainian billionaire composer Igor Krutoy (of jewish faith) to write an Ave Maria without words as a prayer for all mankind! For people of all religions and of all nations. It is loosely based on another composition, but for the most part Igor made something entirely new. Only the title tells us, that this is indeed a prayer. For me this is the ultimate symbol of peace. A cause that is very important for Dimash. He always uses his fame and influence to help others and to promote love and understanding between peoples! ❤ His heart is as big a reason for the love we have for him, as his voice is!

The traditional Ave Maria /ˈa.ve maˈri.a/ means "All Hail Mary" and it is a prayer to Maria the mother of Jesus for the Catholic Church. It is not ONE song: many composers used that prayer as lyrics for their compositions Most people thought this would be the traditional prayer but this is not the Franz Schubert´s Ave Maria, on Bach/Gounod´s, or Michael Lorenc´s or Ave Maria di Caccini. I know them well because I used to play them when I studied to play the piano. His singing this being a muslim in a country where there are almost no Christians would be completely misunderstood. Dimash did a new one composed by Igor Krutoy and I guess that it started to take form from that featuring in "Love is like a dream. It has not lyrics, it is magic using only one vowel and impressing on it the feeling of that prayer.

This version Dimash asked Igor Krutoy to write a religion neutral version so everyone can enjoy it in their own way. Dimash is muslim and Igor is jewish so it makes sense to be inclusive.

Igore, a multi millionair, came out of retirement to specifacally work with and compose figether with Dimash. A very special relationship. With Russua at war it has not been posdible for igor to continue at the monent. Such a shame.
You know the Schubert version of Ave Maria, but there are many more. This here is Igor Krutoys Version, which here wrote in Dimashes request. Dimash wanted an Ave Maria, for all Religions. He himself is a Moslem, Igor Krutoy is of Jewish Descent, you, can hear, a Christian Choir, and the Percussion Instruments at the beginning Sound Hindi, or Buddhisd. This Ave Maria, is a Universal one, there for it has no words so everybody can relate to it. . It simply is wonderful.
