One's processing speed needs to be incredible to notice and appreciate all of them in the first viewing. Do not try to act like that's a normal expectation.

However, most of these can be noticed and appreciated *while* they are on screen, despite being there for only a second or two.

Blazkowicz, Commander Keen, and Doomguy/Doom Slayer is actually canon. The original timeline’s Terror Billy is Commander Keen’s grandfather, while Keen is Doomguy/Doom Slayer’s grandfather. According to them, heroism skips a generation (*allegedly, considering the cancelled Commander Keen mobile game, where the playable twins, Billy (👦🏻) and Billie (👧🏻), are the children of the original Keen. But then again, I think those 2 were from Alternate History/MachineGames timeline. The surname that B.J.’s son Arthur went by, Blaze, was really just a version of the Blazkowicz name that he shortened, due to being a newscaster and talk show host. Allegedly, based on the label for the shotgun’s owner in Doom RPG (*I think it was*), Doomguy/Doom Slayer’s name seems to be B.J. Blazkowicz III/IV. Plus, there’s a Stan Blazkowicz in Doom RPG II. Exact relation to the Slayer: Currently Unknown.
