I cannot listen to Elvis. He was so amazingly beautiful, he was out of this world, he was a divine being. His voice, singing, performing and his whole being, watching and listening to him touches my heart so deep, i cannot handle the beauty and wealth of goodness he had within himself. He demonstrated God within himself. We are all creations of God.
Thank you for all your wonderful Elvis reactions❤ Elvis had an aura that was larger than anybody else's. You can have a wonderful voice, a lot of talent, and the best looks, and yet, if you don`t have the inner soulful richness and an enormous amount of love for others, you won`t mean a thing after some years. If you can`t reach people on a soul level, all your talent doesn`t mean a thing. Elvis was far more unique and talented than experts have ever given him credit for. He was so much more than just a good-looking and talented entertainer with a sex appeal that could knock you down from afar. To all true Elvis fans, he is a higher being in disguise. He came from poverty, achieved the impossible, and used his popularity to make this world a better place. By being a role model, he showed his fans how to become a better human being. He wasn`t perfect but that brought him nearer to those who loved him. Many people changed for the better because they admired his kindness, humility, compassion, and generosity, and they wanted to be at least a bit like him. How many celebrities do we know who can be compared to him? Keanu Reeves comes to mind. He is the closest whom I can think of. But nobody can be compared to Elvis. Not really. I`ve never heard anybody say "In my younger years, I WAS an Elvis fan." Once an Elvis fan, always an Elvis fan. You fall IN love with him, and you never fall OUT! You may travel to and explore other musical roams and may even love it, but you`ll always return to Elvis. Simply because "Elvis" is another word for "Coming Home and Feeling At Home".❤
What people rarely think about is that Elvis was not only a singer, but he was actually an excellent producer. The whole setup with the three-male-three-female backup singers, the background choir combined with the band is all Elvis's own setup and expression of these songs.
Take that last 10/15 seconds…multiply it by about a million, then imagine an entire concert of that magnitude…then maybe, just maybe you can imagine what it was like to see him live on stage! I was not even an Elvis fan, I liked some of his music but went to see him as a favor to a friend…small kindnesses sometimes lead to great things. I will always be indebted to that friend!!!
His stage presence, his singing style, his great voice, his beautiful spirit, his performance talent, his great looks, his awesome dancing, all contributed to make his performances outstanding and a pleasure to watch him and enjoy his presentations. He truly was very special. I used to love listening to his ballad songs when I was 10-12 years old (and later too).
I would love for you to play "Jailhouse Rock". It is phenomenol and you can get a good look at YOUNG ELVIS! I love it! He has some fantastic dance moves! Thanks for your wonderful reaction! He could have been an Opera singer! This song is a Masterpiece! How GREAT is he? He can sing everything, and sing it well! Thanks again!
Spectacular performance by Elvis, as usual. I have not seen a live performance from him that I didn't want to see again. JUST PRETEND is another you need to see, my friend. At least 25 times 😁✌🏼
It's good to see somebody as young as you appreciate a spectacular entertainer as Elvis Presley I grew up with him listening to his music and watching his movies and I just can't get enough of listening to him you take care and God bless
Love your reaction. His talent never grows old. Years, decades after this concert and his passing and his music continues to be appreciated and discovered by many. His voice was pure, strong and real. Hope he knows how much he is loved and appreciated by his fans. Best we can do is continue to introduce his music new listeners and keep his legacy strong. RIP Elvis. ❤
Ironic lyrics huh? First time I saw Elvis I was young and at the movies "Viva Las Vegas", not only did I melt when I saw how beautiful he was, I was taken by his voice. His passing may be one of the greatest musical losses of my time. Every song is stunning, soulful and oh yeah let's not forget Jailhouse Rock!
I'm a second generation Elvis fan and unfortunately, he passed before my time but the fact that his loss hits me on a profound level is a testament to his greatness. I think the way people celebrated the movie and Elvis around the world 45 years after he died should be the answer to anyone who questions Elvis or his greatness because not many artists can impact multiple generations.
I saw him during one of his last concerts. Even bloated and unwell, his voice was marvelous but it was his charm and ability to connect with individuals in the audience that I remember most.
Yeah Baby...one of his sayings. My Boy My Boy is another saying! No voice training but a truly God-given talent! 71 & love Elvis forever & listen to him at least once a day. ❤️🎤🎸🙏
Thanks for sharing! Chills, Chills Chills. He connected with eternity while in physical form.. Which means every time I hear him do this song, time stops! it's like hearing it for the first time every time.. Now i know what people mean when they saw him live, and say it was like he was singing directly just to them, yet there were 20 or 30 thousand in the arena. Wow
First off..Elvis was and still is "THE GOAT" "THE MAN" I mean this cat oozed "COOLNESS" from every single cell from head to toe, and power of his voice when he wanted to is unmatched. 1.5 Billion records sold... That says it all.
There are so many great songs on the '68 Comeback Special. I especially love the ones done with just his band and him in the middle of the crowd. Definitely give Tryin' to Get to You a watch.
I've watched so so many reaction videos and quite a few of Elvis Presley's performance's and don't normally comment but had to on here. Thank you for your reaction by the way. What an incredible performance by Elvis Presley. I've got goosebumps. Never heard anything like it.
Many of Elvis' non- rock and roll songs that he did, especially in concerts , start out slow and gradually builds to a crescendo where just before the end of the song Elvis hits it out of the ballpark with an incredible high note that's almost operatic. He sure did have the pipes to hit those high notes.
The vibrato.. the cadence.. the breath control… the power… the three octave range… Nobody, and I mean NOBODY, will ever hold a candle to Elvis. He was one of a kind, and one of the most unique individuals that God ever created. It’s been said that a star that burns twice as bright burns half as long… His star burned brighter than a trillion suns, and his light will still be shining long after you and I are gone. Long live the King! ✨
Thank you SalvoG. Thank you for your heartfelt words of appreciation for Elvis. He TRULY was an amazingly talented entertainer and words have a hard time expressing the depth of emotion one feels for Elvis, but you did good!
Watching you watching and listening to Elvis was very telling. It’s like an electric current went through you as the crescendo built and Elvis sang out, barely drawing breath for 20 seconds!!! Chills all round and huge appreciation of that phenomenal performance. Thank you and more like that please👌💕🕺
Wow!!! Just found your channel -- SUBBED!!! You said it Perfectly!!! *I WILL ADD - ELVIS'S VIBRATO IS STUNNING* & HIS VOCAL CONTROL IS LIKE NONE OTHER!!!!! LOVE THIS PERFORMANCE -- #TCB FOREVER
I went to this concert(the one that was broadcasted around the world) 1973 n sat 3rd row center n couldn't take my eyes off of him. I never met Elvis but became friends with Charlie Hodge his confidant and best friend for years after Elvis died n he told me hundreds of stories One was Elvis didn't like how he performed in rehearsal show he even said they had to give him a shorter haircut. Charlie said Elvis was more nervous at the rehearsal show as he had to get use to the stage n where everyone was. If you view the American Trilogy song you see him lose balance at the beginning of song, Charlie said they changed his shoes as the soles were slick, Well anyway Elvis could do no wrong. Steamroller Blues1973 Aloha concert n Patch It Up Vagus 1970 Elvis liked to perform I love your reaction n will look for more
Fantastycznie zaśpiewana piosenka, tylko on KING mógł tak spiewac, geniusz, wspanialy, brak słów na opisanie Elvisa, można mówić, pisać i to jeszcze niedosyt KING❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
“No one would care, no one would cry, if I should live or die…” Every time I hear him sing that phrase my face goes into the palm of my hand and I shake my head. I know it’s just a song but we know that toward the end of his life he thought that no one would remember him. Geez, I wonder what he’d say if we could talk to him now and ask him what he thinks about all the people who come to Graceland and visit his grave and all the people putting up these websites and talking about his singing. I sure miss him.
I got the aloha from Hawaii concert on DVD for Christmas and I've watched it atleast 20 times... Elvis is a legend and his voice and stage presence is so powerful ❤❤❤❤ Thank you for this reaction
Elvis muss auch nix tun, allein seine Präsenz lässt die Luft vibrieren. Und dann seine gewaltige Stimme, man glaubt gleich kommt die totale Explosion. Wahnsinn diese unglaubliche Anziehungskraft 😘💖
That does not mean he wasn't ‘saved’ man … He without ANY DOUB, NO QUESTION about it, to his “Just Rewards”, because he was, in fact, Very Much a saved man.. Once Saved, Always Saved!
That Ending ! ! Not Bad For A Baritone ! ! What made this Song even more poignant at this time, was that his wife had just left him for another man and he was going through a divorce. Curious that you were kind of hesitant at the beginning because it was just a rehearsal, but that's how good Elvis was, always giving everything on any single performance, and you perfectly realized that. Great reaction!!!
My favourite Elvis song is "In the Ghetto." There's one version that I truly love that includes his daughter, Lisa Marie. She had her adult voice added; it is so moving.
