I definitely think Mark is the most overworked idol, followed closely by Haechan. They both debuted at 16 and have been in 2 very active groups since, which is practically unheard of for any other idol; they seriously don't get enough credit for how hard they work. Off the top of my head, I can list 70+ choreos that they've performed for NCT songs alone in the past 7 years, and they've recorded hundreds of songs. Although they never complain and always assure us that they love what they do, fans are very concerned for their health, as the other members have often expressed their concern for them, and Haechan recently had to go on hiatus due to health issues that many believe were stress-related. Winwin's last album with 127 was their first full length album Regulate (Regular-Irregular repackage) in late 2018. In between Cherry Bomb and then, they released the single Touch and the Japanese mini album Chain. They promoted 0 Mile on music shows alongside Cherry Bomb, they performed Whiplash at KCON 2018, and they performed Summer 127 in their first Neo City tour.
33:50 After NCT 2018 Empathy promotions (Jungwoo and Lucas’s debut era) First Jungwoo joined to NCT 127 (in their first full album “regular irregular” which is after the Cherry Bomb album) in 2018 and a while later Winwin stoped promoting with 127 and debuted with WayV in the very beginning of the 2019. So 127 was a 10 member group only for 1 album and then Winwin left
