I am loving your vids. Nemophila is probably the band I listen to the most. I have fell in love with them. They are so good. Might I recommend Unleash the Archers song Awakening. Great drumming. Amazing female vocals and brilliant musicianship. And Band Maid Domination Live. Akane is one of the best drummers of the Japanese scene. You will dig Band-Maid, I am sure of it. When this came out we new they could go hard if they wanted to. loved how you appreciate all the best points of the song and recognise where they are Nemophila are a great band and going right to the top having a world wide fan base +a large japan following now they keep putting out high class material .

NEMOPHILA is my favourite (well, after Nightwish, obviously) too because they are known as a metal band (introduced as 'Super Girls Metal Band in their official live debut) but they are not limiting to one genres, specifically metal. With that clarification from the band, every new NEMOPHILA song is like opening a present - you never know what you will get but once you opened it, even without sender's name, you know its NEMOPHILA. The excitement is the same as I have with Nightwish, a symphonic metal band, with their most beautiful and emotional soft tune, Eva and their heaviest head banger thrash metal song Master Passion Greed in one album ...and NEMOPHILA have this head banger DISSENSION and softer emotional tune, Life. I am familiar with Eva and Life now but I still got a 'present box' every time, an onion and a knife ...sigh 😓 NEMOPHILA 'floats' around metal, rock, pop and grunge with sparks of other sub-genres. They truly mastered their arts and they could play as soft as lullaby tune (e.g. NEMOPHILA - Another Story ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-WWSFd4N4pjU.html) to as hard as hell with DISSENSION ...or you might want to check their cover of X JAPAN - Kurenai (English version) here ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Bd3Ss30FZjg.html ...where they went all-out crazy and still smiling. Individually, they want to enhance their favourite style of music and collectively experimenting to create NEMOPHILA's signature sound covering vast genre of music. Tamu (her favourite is Dream Theatre) is one of the best versatile drummer in Japan with more than 10 years experience playing various genres as a session drummer behind many successful artist/events. So basically she is just sits behind her drum sets and goes: "So, what's next?" 😅 Tamu is endorsed by TAMA and MEINL. Haraguchi-san (Slipknot) is using Sadowsky RV5 as her main, basically a jazz bass but she likes the sound and she is always happy when they are together. She is also eyeing Warwick with interest to add more thickness and aggression in the future. Hazuki (Arch Enemy) only starts using 7 strings with NEMOPHILA. Her slides technique from above is very much influenced by Michael's (AE) style and she even using one of his signature model equipment to get the sound she likes. Hazuki is endorsed by Ibanez. SAKI is straight-up powerful metal guitarist and the most celebrated one at that in Japan. She wanted to become a musician once she discovered Seikima-II (legendary Japanese metal band) when she was still a child; and Seikima-II had been her favourite band ever since. SAKI is endorsed by Japanese brand Killer and is using KG-Fascinator Seven The Empress, her signature model guitar. And Mayu (Foo Fighters) is just... Mayu - the mood setter, the essence soul of NEMOPHILA sounds. Mayu stated that NEMOPHILA approach is "jigoku no yurufuwa" - literally means: "hell fluffy cute" - interpreted as: play heavy as hell while being true to their own nature, fluffy cute as them being ladies. ...and from here onwards, they are going to get better and better. 🤘🏻

Hello from Japan. There are many girls bands in Japan.Nemophila or lovebites are one of my favorite bands.But my most favorite band is Band Maid. So I want you to listening them once. Hard rock, not metal. For example, the domination live may be good as a step of their music. The video is their official RU-vid channel, please. It is personally thought that the rhythm section of the band maid is the world top class.

As you are a drummer, I suggest you Band Maid - Akane has a nice way to approach the kit. It is hard rock at the most, so perhaps is not your favorite kind of music. But I think is worth to hear at least once. Freedom live has a drum solo, Play has a nice interaction between the instrumentalists. Have a great time. Grazie.

Hey if you want to learn some of Harunas techniques; she and LOVEBITES are old school . Led Zeppelin Sabbath Deep purple all used double bass drums at times I live Nemophila ; they just seem to live to okay together and Tamu is soooo cute and sooooo badass it’s amazing 🤩

A GREAT all-female metal band (I love Nemophila, Lovebites and Hanabie") is Band Maid. Many of the "Maidiacs" will ask you to react to "Thrill", which is a great song - because without that song, they might not still be doing what they do. However, I find it is not the best introduction to their music. If you like high-energy metal, then please react to "Play" live. It is a much more accessible song to those that haven't heard them before, and they are so much better live than studio, in my opinion. Italiana? :D Nemophila is in my top 3 japanese bands, toghether with BabyMetal and Maximum the Hormone! And Nemophila did covers songs for both this bands! I would like you to check them out! Maximum the Hormone's drummer, NAO, influenced most of modern japanese female drummers, because she showed how one can become a mom and still be a successfull drummer! You could do Nemophila's cover of "Shimi" and then the original version, or just "Yoshu Fukushu" Nemophila's guitarist SAKI is a huge BabyMetal fan :D You could do Nemophila's cover of "Megitsune" and then the Original, or since you said you like armonizing guitars, you could do "Akatsuki" live at Budokan :)

Although you received already many suggestions for your reactions on Nemophila (which I endorse, Raitei is my favourite Nemophila tune, Kurenai is a badass cover of a song with a legendary drum part), I'd like to suggest the song "Life" to you - a piece of music you won't expect to hear by Nemophila, I bet! It was performed during a livestream cincert as a welcome song for Tamu Murata who had just returned from maternity leave. Because I'm absolutely sure that you'll love these bands, too. First is Unlucky Morpheus, a terrific heavy band with some monster musicians, for example the drummer Fumiya, violinist Jill and dearly beloved vocalist Fuki (song "Angreifer" - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-gGKWgM4IOgc.html).
