You might have forgotten the context for this by now, but Step and a Step was during Miihi's Hiatus from the group (remember how she became really unhealthily skinny towards the end of the show?). I don't know if the song was actually written for her specifically (or if her condition was ever confirmed to be anxiety related), but the lyrics fit the situation a lot either way, and they definitely leaned into that in the video. If I'm not mistaken, nobody even knew if she would be back at the time, so it was a nice/poignant surprise that she even appeared in the video, let alone the way it was framed around whatever her struggle was.
@@ecomelodia6062 I don't follow them that closely so someone can correct me if this is wrong, but I don't recall hearing about any visible problems since returning from the hiatus in late 2020. The cause is a bit of a mystery and could have just been a temporary physical/medical issue for all we know.
I was waiting for Niju's reaction. I would like to see these girls with a lot of experience. Nowadays, Miihi's singing voice in solo and unit covers, Rima's original rap songs, and Korean content limousine service is very moving. I'm looking forward to seeing Niju's various reactions.

I know you said it'd be awhile before you'd react to anything once you finished Nizi Project, but happy to see you back. :) Not sure what all is going to be on their July Rise Up EP but they are doing the opening and closing song for the Tower of God anime, so really looking forward to hear them.
NiziUは6/26に結成してから、しばらくしてミイヒが活動を中止していました。デビュー曲のＭＶでもダンスシーンは8人で踊っています。マヤが孤島にいるミイヒを迎えに行って、８人と一緒になって歩き出すという(ザックリいうと)ストーリーになってます。withUの中ではこのStep and a stepは涙なくしては見れない伝説になっているほどのMVでした。
Better late than... later? LOL. Just kidding. So happy you finally got to see NiziU again. Good choices for the MVs: Predebut, Debut, and Korean debut. Hearing SAS again brought me memories of the time when I first heard it, giving us a glimmer of joy in the time of Covid. And you just gotta love Heartris, it's such a bop. Hope to see more NiziU stuff in the future, especially since they're turning up the cool factor in their July comeback: Rise Up.

I feel the same. :) Lucky Star is soooo under rated and many seem to skip it, maybe because of the weird labeling as a track video. Love that song and mv.

Yay! I asm so happy you finally got to react to them! They released a digital single two months ago called Sweet Nonfiction. It's really good. TBH, they don't have any bad songs.
Imaginar que Rima e Miihi quase não participaram das promoções iniciais do NiziU, Rima pelo escândalo de traição do pai dela e Miihi pelos problemas de peso, estava muito magra se reparar no clipe de step and a step a Miihi não participa das partes de coreografia. Espero que assista as apresentações do First Take pra fazer análise dos vocais. Sim Nina e Mayuka estavam na semana de moda de Milão pela marca de bolsas KODS.
