My boss who is Sag voted for Pedro bc none of us thought he was going to win. Also he doesn’t like Succession. Not his thing. But we all thought he need a bit of recognition for the last of us.
Pedro so deserved this award! He genuinely looks like one of the nicest and most humble celebrities out there. It's beautiful to see how shocked he was. Also, how happy people got to see him win. ❤❤❤😊 Always vote for Pedro!!! 😂
This made my entire night!! I am so happy for him. Love this guy so much and his win was so well deserved after his 3 major award losses last month. Congrats, Pedro! ❤🎉❤
I'm such a HUGE fan of TLOU and was one of those very protective fans of Troy Baker's creation of Joel Miller in the game that I kinda held my breath a little when Pedro Pascal became this much beloved character for the screen. I'm so happy he won. Like jumping up and down happy. I know the cast and the Naughty Dog team are also giving him a standing O. Thanks, Graeme, for covering this special moment in TLOU history. Sorry for this long post. ❤
Amazing. i gave up hope that Pedro had a chance. I was surprised how entertaining Netflix made the SAG awards. Watching Pedro win felt like we won. it's not often in these award shows when people that win look actually surprised. This was definitely genuine
I think Pedro's win was well deserved and I don't think anyone should have been so surprised. He was amazing in the Last of Us. I don't believe SAG just gave him a pity win or whatever was suggested. He totally earned it. Totally. I am very happy for him.❤🎉🎉😊
I'd been watching TLOU for the second time and wishing he'd won something. Then I heard he had. Can't wait for second TLOU - should be amazing, especially now Joel and Ellie have found their inner killer.
Esta no es la primera vez que conversaron, pero, aparentemente, aquí se hicieron amigos: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-GuqnPFL8-E8.htmlsi=QThIPdEWb9zejGaP
I'm chilean 🇨🇱 and I have great respect for the Oscars, as well as the Golden Globes. In fact, this year the chilean "The Eternal Memory" is nominated for best documentary, although it has tough competition with "20 Days in Mariupol", from Ukraine. However, I have to say it. It makes me very angry that the majority is betting on Emma Stone or Lily Gladstone for best leading actress, leaving aside a tremendous german 🇩🇪 actress, Sandra Hüller. 😖🤦🏻♂️ She seems to be from another planet. In "Zone of Interest" she is magnificent as Rudolph Hoess's wife. At times she even seems to be more nazi and genocidal than her husband. But in "Anatomy of a Fall," playing the widow suspected of having murdered her husband, she was simply superb. From another planet, beyond the fact that he had to speak in english and french. Anyway, I know that mine is just the opinion of a south american addicted to good cinema. But it seems to me that SAG, Critics Choice and BAFTA have made the worst mistake this year in the leading actress category, and only because of pro-USA and UK marketing. Unfortunately, the Oscar will make the same mistake. Stone or Gladstone. But the BEST actress this season is Sandra Hüller.👊🏻 At least Sandra just won the César in France 🇨🇵 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
