In the bts video, Hyunjin actually said he was disappointed when the petals fell off the rose, but the director wanted to keep it in. I think it actually looks great because it shows how intense that move was so I'm glad it got left in!
@@Willow_ReactsHyunjin is truly one of a kind! He not only dances beautifully, it is witnessed that he dances with his whole heart in everything he does and you can see the light shine through his eyes and a glow that surrounds his entire being every time he dances. He has such a passion for dancing and puts in and shows so much love that he puts into every moment. He also choreographed his dance moves for this video himself also with a cover of “When The Party’s Over by Billie Eilish.”
Omg please react to the behind the scene of the AOTM, he’s just so amazing and is so cool to see the entire process. Also fun fact about ‘play with fire’, he chose the location, outfit, the entire concept, so he has said that it’s a very meaningful performance for him, and this whole video is just quintessential Hyunjin to me. Not to mention this dropped just after his 4 months hiatus (which was a hard time for him), so there’s a lot of theories out there about the meaning behind the concept. More than an idol, he really is an artist with the most beautiful soul and i hope more people get to see the real him 🖤
I love the behind the scenes to the AOTM performance so much bc the actual performance has so many cuts that it's actually easier to see the whole movements of the choreo, I feel like!
The only word that can describe hyunjin well is " ART" there's no other way to put in words. Hyunjin is genuinely genius talented artist. Whatever he does is beautiful his art paintings his self choreographed dance his self composed songs he wrote songs like red light taste cover me DLMLU ice.cream ,little star and more .
11:00 You can check it on your own but there's a behind-the-scenes video for this performance that showcases all the practice he had done for this dance (which was very intense + he showcases some of his drawings there too) It's kinda fun watching him switch from his normal humble personality to the absolute monster he is when performing in that video lol I'm always excited when you drop another reaction, thank you for that! 💕
Loved your reaction. And I agree with others who were suggesting watching behind the scenes of his AOTM. It's really interesting and shows how much work Hyunjin put into this and how humble he is.
EEEEEEEEEE I'm so excited for this!! I came to know Stray Kids by their song "Maniac" - it kept coming across my kpop random youtube playlist and I kept enjoying it enough to 'like' the song but didn't delve much deeper..and then I stumbled upon Hyunjin's Studio Choom and I LOVE dance so I gave it a watch and was just floored at the talent... here I am, over a year later, know all of their discography, the memes, the variety shows, have been to a concert, proud owner of 3 albums and commenting on Baby Stay content!! (also, I'm very much looking forward to the ODDINARY trailer and just your art to come from it on IG!!). Edit - other Hyunjin focused things to watch!! His cover of "Criminal" short, but SO good, his fancam of "Psycho" and the funny video "Hyunjin can't VLIVE in peace" =)
Hyunjin is such an Artist to the bone. I REALLY recommend watching the Two Kids Show episode with Hyunjin and I.N that just released. It's a great way to learn a bit more about him as a person, plus they sing two unreleased songs that Hyunjin wrote!
I'm not sure if you know but Hyunjin was forced to take a hiatus for a few months a while back because he got unfairly accused of bullying. Play with Fire was his first project after he was told he could return.
Hyunjin is best 4th gen dancer he's only one on level of legends like kai taemin,,( or jimin u mentioned) hyunjin has learned contemporary modern dance jazz,, he's god in contemporary dance to me. U can see in play with fire and when party is over both, in aotm mostly crew is more hip hop Crump dance but the popping is always on point
yo i remember kicking my legs in my blanket when i first saw these vedios...it was around the time i was still getting to know them......i had butterflies tingling in my stomach like man's FINEEE 🥲
Girl you are soo soo breave to react these 3 performs of Hyunjin in a raw. Standing ovation for you 👏👏👏 And yess he is perfect and yess each performances has its own strory behind. You can watch the behind the scenes for AOTM if you wanna learn ab him more. Billie one, the first of him, some kind of a self-assertion. Bc he was criticized a lot for being so handsome and people say he is just visual etc. So he make the performance like a silhouette and not showing his face so much , just dance... And there was covid back then and he feels so empty bc of covid limitations not offline activities etc. Play with fire was after he cameback from hiatus. Long story, but it's kinda him saying; yess I'm back and you will feel it very well 😁 He is an amazing dancer not just bc he is handsome, talented, his body and moves are perfect... but also he is storytelling through his dance and this is just amazing....
I think you didn't notice the beginning of play with fire bit it wrote too " choreography by hyunjin " play with fire is masterpiece and deep story in behind that,, all hyunjin art works has story and meaning. When party is over choreography by himself too with story behind that.
I was literally thinking today that it would be nice to watch you reacting to some dance related content cause you mentioned that you like it and here you are! Thanks! Looking forward to your next reactions☺️
If you are interested about seeing the best dancers in Kpop, I would suggest Taemin's Guilty mv and TEN's Birthday (mv and especially the dance practice). Just check them out whether or not you make a reaction out of them. Taemin as a dancer idol commands the most respect within the industry. TEN on the other hand is simply a genius who has insane body control and extreme versatility he could dance almost any genre like he has mastered them.
@@Willow_Reacts you don't have to believe me though about them being amazing. You can decide for yourself when you check them out. Both of them are members of a supergroup called SuperM which is like a group of ace members from different boygroups. Although they are inactive these days cuz some members consecutively had their military service. And now another one is also up for military service soon.
Hyunjin is an artist- through his dance, his music&lyrics, through drawings, paintings and poetry. And he is a muse for many STAY artists. I’m curious as to which moments you just saw will end up in your own artwork. What is most amazing to me is that a recruiter for JYP just saw him out shopping and asked him to audition. He was an athlete, not a dancer. He put 300% into his trainee & SOPA years, and continues dance lessons even now to become the best he can be. He’s an inspiration for his work ethic & effort as well as his talent.
The motley crew cover of hyunjin was the video that made me want to keep watching Hyunjin's dance videos including his fancams and other covers like play with fire also. He's just too good. Then I kept discovering new things about him not related to dance like painting
hyunjin is just art, i love how he dance is incredible and so talented, when the party's over is one of my fave cause i love lyrical dance and how he shows the emotions through the dance and his facial expressions, he makes me cry and the way he wrote "empty" at the end of the video makes me sad and worry about him cause i think about how he really felt while doing this dance and what he was going through, and is so relatable, i hope he feels happy now or at least less empty and alone, he deserves all the love and happiness in this world, he's a gorgeous human being
You not going to show these a 1000x more times.. Liar Liarrr... Why do you think Stay watch reaction videos... so we can see people watch these videos a 1000 more times & we watch right along with them lol.. and don't worry about being dead inside.. that a temporary symptom... whatever killed you in the last moment will resurrect you in the next moment.. the ping-pong effect.. there is a prescription for it at the Stayville hospital, if you need it.. I also think you would appreciate the bts of the ATOM shoot & dance practice. Please watch on your own at least, but if you react to it, Stay will watch with you. 🍿🍺
I clicked so fast when i saw this 😂😂 there's something so special about how Hyunjin can express so many emotions and ideas in his dance, he is such an artist and a performer. Great video, thanks!! I sooo recommend the AOTM behind the scenes, you can see how dedicated he is, and the iconic Hyunjin pyscho fancam 🔥 also have you seen the guilty challenge he did with Taemin? I diiieeeedd the two of them are too much for me 😂
I appreciate your reaction to Hyunjin's dance videos. He's my bias, and I admire how he's overcome many challenges to become stronger. Your reactions to Stray Kids have been enjoyable. Hyunjin's rendition of "When the Party's Over" always moves me to tears, meanwhile Hyunjin's performances in "Play with Fire," "Red lights," and his solo AOTM leave me utterly amazed and indescribably captivated! His incredible versatility and captivating expressions have a way of entrancing you, making it impossible to divert your gaze. Thank you for your reaction!
I LOVE HIM SO MUCH AKHVDKJHVLVD BWkd *chrm chrm* I love him a normal amount. *tries to look sane* Thank you for reacting to these - he's glorious, isn't he? :3 oh btw, his solo song Love Untold is one of my absolute fave calmer songs overall from SKZ (I'm not sure if I mentioned that actually), and if you like art and the way he thinks and expresses himself, I feel like you might like it, too hehe (also, he co-wrote and co-produced Cover Me from their newest album Rock-Star, which is, too, very sentimental, passionate, and expressive. His emotions are so raw and therefore so pure, i feel like)
about what meaning is behind the songs: He said that he choreographed When The Party's Over when they couldn't perform during Covid and he felt so lonely and detached from the world. Dance is for him another language because he, as he says, sometimes struggles to verbally express himself, so he does it through art instead. When The Party's Over is therefore meant to show how lonely and withdrawn he felt, how not himself and isolated from STAYs and the world in general. For Motely Crew, he honestly wanted to show how far he's come as a dancer, his progress and show a choreo harder than he ever danced before because he learned that SKZ fans enjoy the powerful impact of their performances, so he wanted to play into that. (And so he did :')) The Play With Fire was his comeback choreo after his hiatus because of rumours, and although I don't know if he ever explicitly talked about his song choice, it's exactly the unhinged, demon-on-stage type of performance he often goes viral for, so I guess it was also to bring himself back with a bang. On another note, if you interpret some of his performance choices, during the crackly fire part of the song (where the song is faded out actually), his movements are dragging and he kinda pushes his leg, as if he were injured. The song is "play with fire", so I'm pretty sure he meant to say that yes, he got burned now - then he has that part we're he's handcuffed/chained up and then the turn, drop and maniacal laughter. In my interpretation, it's just really an expression of who he *is*, referencing his hiatus and still showing that he's himself, slightly unhinged and maybe a little insane, especially on stage
Ich bin ein absoluter SKZ und Hyunjin Fan. Aaaaber das neue Dance cover von Ateez, San, zu Warriors von Imaging Dragons ist auch nicht ohne. Wenn du Lust hast?
I think what I see now is not Hyunjin’s dancing art style (because I watched it so many times)…but what I found in this video is that your face turning red and red
