REACTION TO THE RAMPAGE - 24karats GOLD GENESIS (Official MV) | FIRST TIME HEARING

I'm pretty new to the rampage/jpop scene (although they're not really considered idols in Japan) in general but I love this group sm. The group consists of 3 vocalists and 13 performers (they don't have lines). They group was originally formed in 2014 and they officially debuted in 2017. the performers where selected from the dance survival and dance schools from the label and the vocalist thru a vocalist survival show. it may seen weird that they have such a big group and they have performers who don't sing but originally LDH (their label) was created by Hiro who is a dancer and didn't really see himself as a vocalist and would rather focus on being a performer. So since his group debuted (early 2000s) this has been the formula up until 2020 when Ballistic Boyz debuted where all the members do perform, but as a label they are very dance-oriented. Exile tribe could be compared to nct but there aren't really collabs happening like that or members shuffling around from group to group (apart form exile), but it's more of a brand identity, a similar approach to creating music and performances but every group under exile has their own identity and some of these groups have been around for decades. In terms of the song, me personally I really love it and the rampage stuff is often really out there since they're such a performance-heavy group, but from what I've gathered it is an hommage to exile (senior group) who also made songs with 24 karats songs but fully like revamped a la 2024 (if there are any inaccuracies let me know) Some of my favourite rmpg tracks are: Summer riot 16 boosterz soldier love 100 degrees everst

A 16 member group, 3 vocalists and 13 performers. They have a sud-group that consists of 5 performers called MA55IVE FROM THE RAMPAGE. This video is an homage to their senior group EXILE (24karats TRIBE OF GOLD) also (24karats GOLD SOUL) a mix of both videos.
