The Sacred Stone is the most kick-ass song on this album! Volbeat is aways #1 on my playlist! Such an underrated band! Jon Larsen is one of the best drummers to ever pick up a drum stick! Eargasm EVERYTIME!
Here in Denmark, where they are from, people kinda sees them as the new Nickelback, but to be honest, it’s mainly because their music became synonyms with handball (long story) and people love to hate on handball, cause only us scandinavien people really care about that sport so it’s viewed as kind of a redneck thing. But fuck them, I think Volbeat is awesome 🤘
Well, they are a little poppy like Nickleback. I will say though that both bands are great musicians. They both could be great Metal bands but choose to play more mainstream style music
