fun fact, this song is the song that inspired me to learn guitar, i had already been playing acoustic but i was about to give it up, and i wasnt really impressed with this album until i got to this song, when i say this song is my favorite song of all time im not joking, hearing the verse riff gave me chills and really brought new life into my willingness to learn, i even got a razorback and its still the guitar that i use to this day, i will never not use it, it means too much to me, its basically both of my influences combined, its a razorback cause of trivium, and i have an emg 85 in the bridge cause thats the pickup adam d from killswitch used for end of heartache, daylight dies, and self titled 2009, and it was the last present my grandma ever got me

dude, I'd have been the EXACT same way. I probably wouldn't have been able to say hi though....I'd have just kept walking. I've seen Bullet out and about sometimes before a show, and I can't even muster the nerve to speak.

I don't know if it's just me, but I picture dark blue skies, torrential downpour and a sinking ship - EXACTLY as they wrote it. I see a man suffering on the shores of his conscience, fighting a losing battle. Such an amazing song, this song got me to pick up guitar.
