My first exposure to him was his gameplay of Amnesia The Bunker. I felt like my braincells were disintegrating, watching him outright ignore all of the helpful notes and few brief tutorial messages, all while being like "I don't get it! What am I supposed to do!". He also just couldn't bring himself to read any of the notes he found that provided story context, all while acting all confused about what was happening. Like there's having a short attention span, then there's having one that's literally nonexistent.

As a person living in a county that is in war about every 6 years, I am kind of glad he is so sociopathical and ignorant to the pain and emotions, that he can just watch a footage filled with devastation, death and hoplessnes and not feel guilty profiting of of it. I’m glad man you can just be dumb and without empathy, your life will be sooo much easier than average human beings I give my sincere condolences to people that have lost their loved ones, and those that have to live through this horrible experience

It’s okay to show tears Oompa, this is a sad time in the world and monsters will try to profit, but keep spreading word and positivity to battle it. Love what you do, please keep it up and stay vigilant.

Hiya, I am Palestinian and I have so far lost over 40 confirmed family members and friends in Gaza, while others I cannot reach.. While I understand that people have their opinions on the war, which is more than fine to be voiced, I will never understand the entertainment in celebrating the deaths of anyone let alone so many-- no matter which side you're on, whether you understand or do not understand why things are the way that they are right now or have been. I honestly didn't know that someone could do something like that, let alone with such a massive platform. I'm not even mad, I'm just disappointed really.. Which sounds super cliché but I have no other way of describing it.

Military historian/WWII history buff here. There is a MAJOR difference between reacting to old war footage for purposes of education of the conflict, how war is fought, and the technology and tactics used and just doing it for clout. I genuinely think that having someone with knowledge on the topic reacting to and explaining the conflict, both why and how its being fought, is something thay many people could benefit from because if we dont know why it will just happen again. there is this greay quote that i always bring up with this and its "those who dont learn from history are doomed to repeat it" and it true, so education on this kind of thing is needed, but this isnt education, is monetization

It's not about reacting to much or not enough. It's the video as a whole. How much do you add to the video to transform it? How much effort do you put into editing? Transforming content isn't talking over the video. Transforming it means you change the video enough to make it unique

Honestly I'm more on xQc's side, knowing that he just clicks random links from chat and didn't deliberately go out of his way to find the Gaza video to play it up for clicks and revenue, it just seemed like he had the same reaction anyone else would've had if they didn't know what was going on over there, especially since again it was a random link from chat. If this was posted on his main channel where he does make more revenue then I'd agree with you, but it was on his clips channel which makes almost nothing, and even if there's some inevitable trickle down effect that happens, I still know what his intentions are. Also, his replies of himself flexing was just to play into the narrative because he knows that's what people would expect him to do, so ya he does troll, but all of this stems from people misinterpreting the whole situation in the first place so that's why he chose to approach it like this, and I don't think I've seen a video on this topic that acknowledges this yet, but I wouldn't blame anyone that doesn't watch him to anyway. So ya I just thought I'd mention this for anyone that sees this, he also then matched the revenue that video made and rounded to the nearest 10k and donated to some animal shelter or something that chat picked since he didn't want to make this more political, just to further prove he never did any of this for the money.
