I am new to this series,I started watching this series today should I continue this or this series is outdated, don't think wrong I am asking this because this series is uploaded in 2018 and 2019 now it is 2021 that's why I am asking can someone please tell me weather I should continue watching this or not.

Im recommended to start with hocks on the beginning because this is the future and class component is belong to the pass

Yes. The intention is indeed for components to be just functional and not class. Since it's still in alpha, I will cover class component features by the time they are stable. Like I said, you will truly be able to appreciate Hooks then.

Hooks are the way to go. All new code should be written using hooks.

Use Functional Components as mush as possible with the help of hooks( if you have to..).But, still in an interview if they ask you to write a class component you should be familiar with it.

@Sir Bruce Max has probably the most comprehensive React course and I always buy his courses (because he's always ahead of everyone else) but never finish them. Not his fault, but I struggle understanding him. I think the key in communicating is putting some inflection, pausing to stress a point, which Viswas is good at. Teaching is an art in itself. It's hard enough to learn programming, teaching it properly is a next-level skill. I hope Viswas continues teaching. He's certainly good at it.
