We went to the 7-Eleven car wash located on taft Street and the corner of University. The car wash is located in Pembroke Pines and is the worst car wash I have filmed. When going through the car wash, we placed the car in park and proceeded to allow the machine to wash the car. At one moment, the car wash turned off and asked to back up the car. And that time the car wash completely turned off. We went inside to get a refund however, the attendant informed me I couldn’t get a refund but I can get redo. I went back to the car wash and parked my car and proceeded to allow the machine to clean the car. Once again the car wash turned off after it told us to back up we went back inside and the cashier told us refunds are not allowed and went to proceeded to watch the cameras to see what happened after we had explained. We had recorded the car wash and the malfunction she told us she had ran a car through the car wash to see the malfunction and now it was working perfectly fine. There was no she ran through the car wash and lied. Both cashiers were extremely rude and proceeded to tell us she did not care that we had a recording of the monk function and proceeded to say we were being aggressive. It was worst customer service that we have ever experienced. In the length of time we’ve had this channel. Do not go to the car wash. You will lose your money and your car will not be washed, you would experience the worst customer service in Pembroke Pines.
