Read Form Fields action allows a bot to read Adobe forms or XFA forms - PDF files that can be edited and saved by the user

Could u plz guide if its a different format of pdf, need the data output to an excel. It looks a form, but Read Form fields doesnt work. Field values should be placed into specific cell in the excel. How to achieve this? Thanks in adv.

I'm receiving an error stating "Session Default is already closed" Please create another session and try again" I've reviewed the code from the video and don't see where the mistake could be. UPDATE: Opened the spreadsheet again, also had issues with the writing of column B overwriting column A, saved spreadsheet after 1st half of code ran. All is well. Thanks for the vid! Very helpful!

How to split the document into pages and find the file where the Actual Invoice is available and pull it to different folder. You can use keywords like tac invoice, invoice, signature etc.

Does any item like "name : john" in the PDF file get converted to kry value pair?? Or it needs to be a box for it to be converted to the key value pair???

The criteria here to be Key value pair is PDF should be Form file , & there should be form fields; the fields could be in the form of box or a plain text

@@SurajSingh-gs7uf The best way to do so in A2019 is by using IQ bots - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-c9M7vtvBVUI.html The other option is to fetch complete data from PDF to text file (using PDF -> Extract Text Action) and use String Operations to get the required data, which sometimes might be a tedious task.
