The way we read books says a lot about our intelligence!
However, we seem to be losing the art of reading as we have found many alternatives for it. Alisha explains how reading expands the boundaries of our thinking, ignites our imagination and develops our personality.
Alisha Rajpal is a freelance copywriter and writer in J. Walter Thompson Worldwide, Youth Incorporated and The Fashion Enterprise. Being incredibly skilled in social media marketing, magazines and public relations, Alisha has experience with a variety of roles in the writing industry. Since graduating from Marymount Manhattan College in 2014, Alisha has also interned with several companies such as Verve Magazine India, Tommy Hilfiger, Club 21 UK, etc. She took on the role as a Marketing and Sales executive for Reliance Entertainment Talenthouse India for 2 years, and later worked as an Associate Producer for Q.E.D films. I missed her midway... Same for the books...if the information being provided is something we already know or being presented in a dull way without troughs and peaks (be it in pitch of voice or storyline ) we loose interest or are lost in-between as in our case... I btw started looking at comments after halfway...

i don't know whether this comment will reach or not alisha, but to make good impact while giving public talk you must know sense of voice management. your voice seems like pretty disturbing and very polite. to have good impact of voice i would suggest you morning exercise; in early morning roar out of your voice as hard as you can, you will strength voice stamina and increase voive impression.
@ashishfalswal9872
@ashishfalswal9872 5 лет назад
Like Mr Modi I guess 😁.... I wonder that's how he started, with a morning roar. 🐯. Although everyone have different way of talking, its the delivering that matters.

unfortunately, telling someone how good reading is, will not make them read, meaning you cannot convince them to read (more) simply by showing them how good reading is. many of them probably wont even believe you and just say "what a load of bs". people who are already (avid) readers are most likely the ones who would understand and appreciate the message, but they are the ones who least need convincing since they are already engaged in reading.

I am single for I feel bad about myself because of my dyslexia. I feel like no man will love me. I have been downsized for it. I don’t like men anyways. I also don’t like women. I don’t like kids which means boys and girls. So how come she got more time to read than all of us? I rather read Charles Dickens. I did not get a chance to read much. At her age, I was a housekeeper at a nursing home. Reading is overrated. I don’t want to read books by book worms who feel that they had a chance to learn instead of work a lot.

The fact is everyone express their feeling and gain popularity through social media, even they are benefited by using social media, mobile and new technological devices still no one feel to give A SIMPLE THANKS TO the platform. This is not the sign of good people. She could not think in This way after being a good reader and writer.and she preaches that reading book can change the way of readers thinking. NO DOUBT Book READING IS ONE OF THE BEST HABIT ONE CAN HAVE, BUT AS READER WE SHOULD ALSO NOT FORGET AND DIMINSH THE VALUE OF SOCIAL MEDIA. AND ONE MORE THING FOR THE SPEAKER MADAM " NOT EVERY ONE HAS THE SAME FEELING TO SEE A HANDSOME MAN/ BEAUTIFUL WOMAN GOING DOWN THE STREET." Anyway THANKS U ARE A GOOD PERSON AND SPEAKER👍👍👍
@rajveer_ahir
@rajveer_ahir 5 лет назад
Book reading is a personal interest and and who is interested can read anyway no distraction can affect them they will find their way anywhere. If someone has no interest at all they will not read or they will read reluctantly even they know that it is good. And this casual reading is of no use..... it's totally time waste. Arousing an interest in individual to do something, social media plays a vital role negatively and positively. They also provide instant answer to the question regarding the interest. We get suggestions from veterans. What u are saying is the other aspect of the matter and realy saddening, but condemnation to the platform is not a solution. Awareness can be spread about it and victims can be motivated towards using the brighter side of this technological world. *ADVANTAGES is directly proportional to the square root of Disadvantages*
