Take on the role of a gifted esper, ES88, and hunt down the Golden Butterfly, a powerful rogue telepath who's hidden themselves away in the memories of the citizens of Neo-San Francisco.
With the help of the genetically engineered psionic creature known as the Neurodiver, ES88 will dive into the memories and take on the roles of some familiar faces of the series, with several new ones too.
Identify, manipulate and unlock information in these memories to help resolve the case of the Golden Butterfly!

I'm a fan from Japan. I can't tell you how excited I was when I found out about the new Read Only Memories release on a news site. I know that the release date in Japan will be delayed due to the translation. I sincerely hope that they will release the Japanese translation no matter how late it is.

I know I am late because I had no idea that the was a new ROM game coming out but OH MY GOD I am so happy! I was actually all worried and stressed out today, but when I saw that they were making a second ROM game it totally made my day! Thank you so much for all that everyone working on this serise has done, and will do for us 😊

A bunch of what was shown here is sorely missing from the game. Like, it's the build up we never got, and there was never any real possibility of anyone ending up for the worse because of it. It's a shame that I waited years for something that felt like it was half-done.

Turing's probably with the journalist detective from the first game I guess? So with that in mind, in order to show them, would they have to give the journalist detective a canon appearance? Not necessarily, but I think it's something to think over.

@Himalayan Duck I believe that's the dialogue exchange they have in the game, too, but I'm pretty sure they go by they/them for the duration of the story, and even if not, it's more respectful to use they/them as placeholder pronouns than he/him or she/her

Tomcat looks the same to me, it probably the artstyle being different and also looking at Lexi and Jessica, they seem to trying to match how they look in Va-11. Anyway to answer the question it's after.
