Hello everyone. It's RDC Sunday and today the grandson and I grabbed a good one. We catch the RDCs as they exit the 1854 Tamaqu tunnel and then cross the Little Schuylkill river. This is roughly a mile and a half north of Tamaqu PA. We got a thumbs up and horn honk from the engineer today. Probably cause the grandson was there 😆. Thank you for watching. 7/14/24

It was a busy weekend for us. Ran up to Jim Thorpe after this and then out to Robesonia to visit my sister. Lots of miles today.

It is a diesel, but they do make two stroke and four stroke diesels…now that you mention it, I wonder which one it really is?

Hey Tad. You should have seen the smoke pour out of the tunnel afterwards. I can only imagine what it's like when 2102 comes ripping through here.
