For all I care your name can be fake, I don't give a shit. All I care - or don't - is what you say, not who you are. And Joe Hill wouldn't be a bestseller author, hell it's very likely he couldn't have published a single novel weren't his Dad the great Stephen King. He may be talented, but his whole career exists because of his family name and his famous father. And he hasn't written ONE novel that comes even close to being as good as Stephen's novels. By the current age of Joe Hill Stephen King wrote classic masterpieces like The Stand, IT, The Shining, Misery, Carrie, Different Seasons, Pet Sematary, The Dead Zone, etc. What has Joe written? A few good and so-so novels. It's ZERO accomplishment next to his father's. If he hadn't written any books, no one would notice. If he will be remembered at all, it will be because he is the son of legendary author Stephen King.

@@lukeskywalker6809 Joe Hill has never attempted to surpass his father or to cash in on the King brand. That's the reason he adopted the name Hill, to succeed or fail on his own merits. And may l say he's doing an admirable job. Is he as good as his dad? No, but those shoes are difficult to fill. King is a fine and prolific writer, but there's no need to insult Joe or disrespect his fans merely because they don't agree with you. We're all entitled to our opinions. Nobody on here has shown you any disrespect. Can you not extend the same courtesy?
