That's the most I've ever know about this bloke after shouting 'elvis' to him many times in the 90's and loving his response ,always outside Boots for some reason, everyone loved him!
I saw Elvis a couple of months back in st marys butts. When you see him, the greeting is a mutual cry of 'ELVIS!' then a handshake and a 'how you doing?' finished with a mutual grin and wave. I love this guy!
so pleased i watched this, beautiful. a figure from my youth and still as an adult. it's nice to see him still around Reading, clearly his stage & hometown. a lovely guy and so sad to hear he was bullied as a child. Nice guy.
I've shaken his hand many times - The man is a legend. John carrying The Olympic torch through Reading is a genuinely smart idea. He's excellent to everybody. Nice one John!
John is a Legend in his spare time. I feel he would make an ideal candidate to be one of the Olympic Torchbearers in Reading. The Olympic Committee should take note.
