This video explains How to Read Data from JSON response and set it as Variable to Reuse it throughout the test suite in Jmeter. This logic will be used to achieve reusability in Jmeter. Define variables once and reuse it in entire test suite.
Steps to achieve this :
1. Create a simple test suite and add a Post request
2. Add assertion and listener to validate the result
3. Add a Post Processor JSR223 Post Processor and write simple lines of code to read data from the JSON response
4. Store the read data as variables in Post Processor using vars.put()
5. Make use of the variable values in other http requests and entire test suite using vars.get()
