In this week's video I read through my French and Spanish personal statement that got me offers to University of Oxford, the University of Exeter and the University of York. It turns out it's not quite as cringeworthy as I thought it would be! Hopefully it's useful and entertaining at the same time!

I wrote my personal statement last year, and as someone who seems to be doing roughly the same course as you (though mine is also a translation-interpreting degree), it was cool to hear this personal statement! I'm going to give the books you mentioned a read - though I am also doing No et Moi for my A-Level, haha.
